Vynikající
Pouze zde na 2 noci před odletem domů. Hledal jsem hotel se střední cenou, ale ukázalo se, že G mekong překonal všechna očekávání. Vynikající personál, centrální poloha, snídaně formou bufetu je skvělá, restaurace má několik pěkných jídel a za rozumnou cenu. K dispozici je také pokojová služba za 5% navíc.
Pokoje jsou slušné velikosti a čisté. Velmi moderní s ovládacími prvky dotykového panelu pro osvětlení, televizi a nenarušují požadavky na pokoj. Nejste si jisti, zda se jedná o inteligentní panely s centrálním systémem pro sledování požadavků, ale je to docela v pohodě bez ohledu na to.
Nepoužívali jsme bazén ani posilovnu, ale šli jsme se podívat a vypadali docela dobře.

Hrozný hotel
Tento hotel je unavený a ošuntělý u bazénu je špinavý a nábytek u bazénu je rozbitý. Při příjezdu také žádají zálohu 50 $ a žádný jiný hotel to neudělal, když jsme cestovali do Vietnamu a Kambodže. Zaměstnanci při snídani jsou neslušní a nechtějí mít větší zájem o chatování. Ložnice, ve které jsme zůstali, byla unavená a stará, ale postele byly pohodlné. Místo není dobré ani oblast opravdu špinavá a my jsme se cítili nebezpeční chodit. Abychom to doplnili, když jsme prověřovali drsného zaměstnance, který nás odhlásil, dali nám náš vklad zpět s roztrženým $ 20, který jsem si nevšiml, dokud jsem ho nešel použít na letišti, ale samozřejmě nemohl použít. Telefonicky jste kontaktovali hotel a poslali jim e-mailem, aby řekli, ale ani slušnost, aby odpověděli nebo se omluvili. Upřímně nechodíme do tohoto hotelu, bylo to nejhorší, ve kterém jsme zůstali na našem 3týdenním výletu.

Related to the deposit , It is simple that most of the hotel suggesting it, I have been to Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and China those countries as well asking for deposit while checking in.

Špičková služba
V hotelu G Mekong jsem měl velmi dobré zkušenosti, i když jsem tam zůstal jen 2 noci. Místnost, jídlo, bazén, dekorace jsou velmi zajímavé. Personál velmi přátelský a ochotný. Rychlé přihlášení a odhlášení. Zaměstnanci, kteří mi pomohli s kufrem, byl vedoucí kanceláře Office Seng Darann, je to milý kluk, dobře informovaný, ochotný, angličtina je velmi dobrá. Dělají můj pobyt byl úžasný. chtějí se vrátit příští rok.

Pěkný hotel!
Strávíme zde 3 noci a ten hotel se nám velmi líbí. Opravdu milý a ochotný personál. Pokoj byl pěkný a čistý. Velmi se nám líbil bazén. Snídaně je v pořádku, nic zvláštního. Al'a carte menu je opravdu dobré. Jídlo bylo vynikající a cena byla v pořádku!

very nice hotel, problems at check out
Excellent overall stay. Check in was smooth, room was spacious and clean, showe had good water pressure, bed was comfortable. Had a min bar with soft drinks and beer. Did not have breakfast so I cannot judge it. Location is great, a 15' walk to the riverside. Only problem was early check out as the girl at the reception had no idea what to do. I told her I had to pay for the minibar and the restaurant but her poor english and total lack of any knowledge of how to proceed forced me to drop 30 dollars on the front desk (pretty sure I overpaid) as I was going to be late for my flight. That was the only problem I had in an otherwise great stay.
