Very gracious staff, lovely spacious room , hotel centrally located, price was an excellent value and even came with breakfast . I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Phnom Penh .

Best Quality for Value in Phnom Penh
Being from the hotel industry, having stayed maybe 10 to 12 times in this hotel for business or leisure; I can share with you the following about White Mansion:
- can’t find better quality for value
- spacious rooms that rarely can find with a real comfort and feeling of comfort which is as well important
- Sound proof windows, high ceiling, nice solf flooring, spacious shower, great bedding.
- location is perfect, perfect
- outdoor area: more than enough to enjoy the pool, outdoor or indoor breakfast seating areas
- food and beverages very humble prices and Good.
I do this review because I really want to share that’s this place is very much worth it from each dollar spent.
Finally, nothing to say about the team as they are exceptional and very much helping you for any kind of questions you may have to find what you want or need

Loved it
Huge rooms, clean & comfortable, tasteful decor, polite staff & we loved everything about this hotel.
Loved their old-school wooden stairs, so much nicer than using the elevator.

Lovely hotel to call home in Phnom Penh
Located in a nice quiet street. Grand yet cozy colonial type architecture. Lovely decor. Second time staying in WM Suite. Spacious and well appointed. Fair value. Clean room and facilities. Breakfast is good. Nice pool. Friendly, helpful staff at reception.

Great experience
Stayed here for 7 nights due to flight cancellations and it was a good choice.I had previously stayed here some 12/13 years ago.The rooms are huge and very well presented,as is the bathroom.Excellent choice of breakfast with great coffees.Really nice pool area.All staff were delightful,especially the main man from Siem Reap! Just a 10 minute walk from the riverside
