Old building but rooms have been renovated and have new bathroom fixtures and bed was very comfortable. My only complaint was the lack of soundproofing and that there wasn't a comfortable chair to sit on. Nothing to do with the hotel, but I don't recommend the attached restaurant.

the rooms were clean, the grounds around the hotel could use some attention....staff were good, no ice machine...

Our stay at the Seaport Inn was OK.
The room was clean and bed was comfortable. When we booked, breakfast was to be included, but a couple of weeks before, they informed us that the resturant had been leased out.
We never saw a desk clerk when we checked in or checked out. They just sent an email saying that their front office hours were shortened and our room keys would be in the counter, which they were.

Very clean and comfortable room. The area was under a frost warning, so we were delighted that the heating worked well, albeit a little noisily.

We were in a unit with full facilities. Not expected but handy as on site restaurant was not up to expectations . Limited attractions close by.
