Good ammenities, clean rooms, parking, but unfinished floor balcony. Good location near for shoppings & restaurants.

Do not stay here. Upon arriving, we found out this isn't a hotel like advertised on Hotels.com, but an apartment building with a homeless encampment right behind it. The host hesitated to show us the room and demanded an unauthorized damage deposit upfront. When we finally saw the unit, it was completely filthy and unsafe: bloodstains in the hallway, active cockroaches, broken floors, and used bedding. The photos online are completely fake or decades old. I wish I had taken photos, but I left as soon as I could.

The room was nice and had plenty of dishes and towels. The sheets and towels were clean but floors, baseboards and doors could have been more clean. The elevators were slow mostly because of the volume of people in the building. It was nice to have security in the lobby and a Starbucks and convenient store next door.

Good stay in the room. Improvement with a front desk more present ( instead on playing on cell).
Adress is confusing because Filmore Downtown Suite 212 Dundas is closed and 251 Jarvis has no indication.
Improvment also garbage including recycling chute.
