If you travel by car, there’s a parking zone. There are playrooms for children at the hotel. They will be having so much fun that you might have to spend the evening with adults. Accessibility: there is an elevator/lift. At the guests’ disposal, there’s also a laundry.

For the amount of space you get, this place is an excellent bargain. We had two bedrooms (each with a large desk, desk chair, TV, and cabinets), a kitchen area, and bathroom all for a very low price. The whole space was very clean and well maintained. We would have appreciated if the kitchen was a little more stocked, at least with a few cutlery, cups, and plates. We booked this place because we were flying out of Toronto airport the next day, and since our flight was later in the day, we were hoping we could store our luggage in the lobby and explore the area a bit. However luggage storage was not provided, and the receptionist didn't have any suggestions on other options. Otherwise we had a great time relaxing in our rooms, and appreciated the great desk space and comfortable beds before our flight.

Room was spacious but location is a bit inconvenient from subway station, especially there are constructions nearby. No kettle or hot water was available to make coffee or tea. When I asked on check-in date, staff told me that I could go to Subway to get hot water in the morning to make my coffee. However, when I went down next day at 07:15, Subway was not opened til 8am. Front desk staff not friendly and not helpful.
Having said that, housekeeping must have worked hard as it was clean.

unprofessional, no housekeep during 3 day stay. Asked to replace the unclean towel, but they took towels away and disappeared.

Student housing experience with average customer service

Not your typical hotel-like experience but an hostel (with own room)or Airbnb with no stove to cook and no coffee maker experience.
Customer service is average.They don’t email folio because apparently booked the stay through a third party.Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am.Requested for late check out but was not granted although informed front desk that we checked-in late.
Suite has microwave,fridge,bed,small closet,TV,work station,table and lchairs.No shampoo,no coffee maker,no coffee or tea,no stove,no complimentary water bottle.Was not informed and didn’t see any bar or lounge but,has SUBWAY for coffee and sandwiches and small convenient store for water,etc.
In my opinion,one of the reasons why housing cost is getting higher in Toronto because student housing are converted to public accommodation around the world.They should prioritize their students so that students will not compete with the housing rental market.
It is a bit far from downtown Toronto as it is located end of North York(almost Markham)but has free parking.Suite is clean.

It was clean and nice. But front desk could have been better.
