Fantastic Stay with Exceptional Service
I had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Serviced Apartments. The rooms were always spotless, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained.
A special thank you to Benson Mutuku, who took care of my room throughout my stay. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive, always greeting me with a smile and making sure everything was perfect. His genuine hospitality and attention to detail made me feel truly welcome.

A hidden gem
Brilliant hotel in the heart of Nairobi. Huge, well-equipped suites with balconies and stunning views from the upper floors. There is a small but elegant swimming pool, a good gym, and direct access to the shopping centre. The property is professionally secured, but in a way that doesn’t inconvenience guests. The reception staff are courteous and professional.
A big plus is that they recognise GHA DISCOVERY status. Thank you for the welcome fruit platter, early check-in, and late check-out—I truly felt like a VIP.
Breakfast was good, although it lacked the "wow" factor of the hotel opposite and the one just behind it. On the other hand, I appreciated the variety of food on offer—it wasn't the same every day.
The suite was equipped with a good-quality washing machine, tumble dryer, and fridge. The kettle and capsule coffee machine were, unfortunately, from cheaper Chinese brands.
I'd rate my stay as one of the best I've had in Nairobi, and I've stayed at almost every hotel of this standard. I'll definitely be back.

Excellent Service, Immaculate Suites, and an Amazing Fitness Team
I had an excellent stay at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Nairobi. The location is perfect for both business and leisure, with convenient access to Westlands’ restaurants, offices, and shopping. The property was exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping team maintained the suites to a very high standard. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast, which offered a great variety of fresh, high-quality options. The gym was modern, spotless, and very well equipped. A special thank you to Shem, whose professionalism, knowledge, and friendly attitude made every workout enjoyable. Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and I highly recommend Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Nairobi to anyone visiting Nairobi. I look forward to returning.

This is a great location. Very big rooms/apartments with big balcony for a price we pay. Higher floors have a nice view. All other comodidades you need. Easy access to shopping center (still not many shops there)
