Nice cosy hotel with garden in Nairobi.

Nice quité and cosy place in the middle of Nairobi. Friendly people and good service. Including a nice outside patio to work and eat in a spacious garden.

Evening Well Spent-Memorable

I took my wife to Trisan Resident Hotel, Nairobi, for our anniversary dinner, and the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I contacted the Manager, she guided me step by step, showing genuine care for making our evening special rather than just managing a booking. She went above and beyond by arranging flowers, purchasing chocolates, and ensuring every detail was taken care of.
A lovely table for two was reserved, thoughtfully set in a beautiful spot, and a dedicated waiter was assigned to us. The chef personally addressed my special dietary request, patiently guiding us to select the best meal. He even suggested a dish usually reserved for special occasions and happily prepared it just for us. The complimentary dessert was a delightful surprise, even though we were already full.
We enjoyed a quiet, intimate evening with soft background music, with both the chef and waiter checking in on us throughout. The environment is charming, blending interior and exterior elements beautifully. Ample parking and warm greetings from the staff at the gate added to the welcoming atmosphere.
Overall, our evening at Trisan Resident Hotel was wonderful, an experience we would gladly repeat. Thank you, Trisan, for making our anniversary so memorable. An evening well spent.

More expected, but it was ok.

Expected more based on the very positive reviews.
The first, cheaper room was very-very dark, without natural light.
We then switched to a more expensive one, which was good.
The staff were friendly, and the food in the restaurant tasted great.

Food was very nice - especially the Indian dishes. Chef was very good and friendly! Also the rest of the staff was very kind and friendly

I have had such a wonderful time

I have enjoyed everything here including the services and the meals
I have now found a new gem
