Property was very well kept and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, tico style. My second stay at this property. Definitively I will stay here again.

Back to the 70s/80s…… but the staff are great

We only had a one night stop off here on the way to a meeting the following day. It is laid out as a motel
In the way of accommodation so parking is plentiful.
The on- site restaurant is staffed by lovely people with a “can do” attitude who will go the extra mile and the food is pretty good.
The downside are the rooms - dated and in need of an update. I was woken by a gurgling in the waste water pipes which would not stop all night.
All ok but the highlight are the staff and the ability to have a work out in the gym

A good place to break up a tour

2night stay to recuperate, lovely helpful kind receptionist helped us check in early, very comfortable, clean room, beautiful sheets on beds. Breakfast included was good but limited choices. Olympic size pool and excellent gym area. Dinner was ok staff in restaurant really nice people and helpful.
Downside was rooms all situated around car park, coaches pick up groups very early and roar their engines which is very noisy and dirty for environment. The hotel staff do not ask them to switch off their engines, this ruined our stay alongside the teenage school and college parties who ran around in the late evening and early morning shouting and not gently reminded that there were other guests staying .

Cosy club hotel suitable for a stopover

We spontaneously booked this hotel for two days.
It all worked out very well and we and our children felt very comfortable. I'm sure it took a little renovation here and there, but during our time they were busy with it too.
Breakfast was ok but not quite as delicious as expected.
Dinner was very good.
Our children loved the large pool with the slide and were able to stay there for half the day. Price performance was right for us.

Room very comfortable and clean. Everything worked perfectly. Breakfast was very good. Gated, so it's safe. The amenities were particularly notable, because the hotel is attached to a local country club so there's an Olympic pool with a waterslide, a second pool, a great hot tub, a very good gym, a poolside bar and lounging area, even a tennis court. Hotel Suerre provides a reasonably priced stopover point in an industrial town for those traveling between tourist destinations.
