No, co mohu říci o tom bez poskvrny čisté byty, kde vynikající. Bydleli tam dva apartmány 105 s ložnicemi 105, jaký výhled na moře se nemohl dostat nikde blíž. Několik problémů, když jsme dorazili, ale byly vyřešeny za pět minut a myslím pět minut. Elena v kanceláři byla vynikající. Těším se, až se někdy v budoucnu vrátím.

PERFEKTNÍ PAPHINIA
Měli jsme jednopokojový byt, číslo 110, v prvním patře, čelní, tak nádherný výhled na moře. Balkon byl velký a měl stůl, 2 židle a 2 lehátka. Rádi jsme zjistili, že jsme směřovali na jih, takže jsme měli slunce od 9. 30 až asi 4. 30 hodin a co sluneční past na tom balkonu - tak chráněné. Zůstali jsme minulý týden v únoru a neočekávali jsme takové teplo.
Byt je velmi prostorný a byl udržován výjimečně čisté krásné Nina. Postel byla pevná, podobná naší zdravotní matraci doma, tak pohodlná pro nás.
Ve večerních hodinách bylo chladno, takže jsme byli rádi z vytápění. Televize má zpravodajské a filmové kanály v angličtině, což je naprosto dostačující pro dovolenou.
Poloha je vynikající, podle našeho názoru ji nelze porazit. Na autobusové nádraží dojdete za 3 minuty - autobusem jsme se dostali na letiště az letiště. Také výlet do starého města. Jízdné je 1. 5 eur

Vynikající byt v dobře spravovaném komplexu
Jsme aktivní pár v našich 60 s a vrátil se před týdnem z 11 nocí v horním patře byt s jednou ložnicí. Bylo to poprvé v Paphinia, ale doufáme, že v žádném případě naše poslední.
Byt byl čistý a dobře vybavený s prostorným balkonem a nádherným výhledem na moře. Pohovka a křesla byly pohodlné. K dispozici je televize s mnoha možnostmi kanálů, ale nevyužili jsme ji vůbec.
Čištění a výměna prádla proběhla každých pár dní. Pračka a sušička byly skutečným bonusem a snadno se používaly (skvělé být bez velkého úkolu praní v našem návratu domů).
Zaměstnanci jsou ve všední dny na místě a dorazili jsme v středu večer v sobotu. Informace o přístupu do bytu byly jasné a fungovaly dokonale.
Ohřev vody je solární, ale je zde ponoření pro zatažené dny - v této roční době nutné -, které fungovalo rychle a dobře.
Po několika nocích jsme se rozhodli, že potřebujeme matrace, a když jsme se vrátili z našeho půl dne, postele byly vyrobeny s matracemi. Také jsme ohlásili malý únik z umyvadla a toto bylo také opraveno. Vážíme si toho, jak rychle byly tyto problémy vyřešeny a nakolik jsou nápomocní a přátelští všichni zaměstnanci.
Apartmány se nacházejí nad a za obchody a restauracemi na přístavním konci Posedonious Avenue, pár minut od supermarketu Papantoniou, archeologického parku a autobusového nádraží. Poloha nemohla být lepší.
Mnohokrát děkujeme personálu v Paphinia za krásný pobyt a těšíme se, že s vámi zase brzy budeme.

Apartmány Paphinia s výhledem na moře
Skvělá lokalita. Byt byl bez poskvrny čistý a každý den opravován. Kuchyň byla moderní a dobře vybavená. Výhled z balkonu byl krásný, zejména na východ a západ slunce. Pod promenádou pod apartmány je mnoho restaurací a barů, všechny ty, které jsme vyzkoušeli, byly velmi dobré. Méně než 100 metrů za byty je dobře zásobený supermarket, který prodává vše, co potřebujete. na dovolenou.

Despite winning so very many awards the management of Paphinia is fully aware that we are not perfect. However, if there really is a problem then our office should be informed immediately and our managers, cleaning ladies and technicians will see to the problem at once. What we have to battle against from time to time is fake news and fabrication which appears in a tiny minority of reviews and which is clearly intended to damage Paphinia. For example, fancy writing off Paphinia’s very fully equipped kitchens because supposedly there was one utensil missing! An absurd comment and simply not true, and yet there are a few people who send in such fake news and nonsense.
The nice problem that we have is that hundreds of people pass through our office at the end of their stays and tell us what a wonderful time they have had at Paphinia. That is great but very few of them send in a complimentary review which is in line with their verbal comments. Of course, we fully understand and that is their prerogative. However, our view is that if very few of these complimentary guests send in written reviews then the door is left wide open for a tiny minority of trolls to send in their sad, fake news and fabrication. They take advantage of this in order to deliberately upset Paphinia’s rating. Again, very many thanks for your complimentary comments and support.

Můj názor - nejedná se o troll podle poznámky vedení ohledně chtít pouze dobré recenze
Jednoduše nejlepší apartmány přímo u moře v Pafosu. . . . . . . . . . . . .
. . . . . . . . . . . je to proto, že se jedná o POUZE apartmány u moře v Pafosu!
Výletní poradce je o tom, že vydáte svůj čestný názor, a všichni budou mít jiný názor, aby vedení zanechalo poznámku naznačující, že cokoli jiného než dobrá recenze je škodlivé a že troll je zcela neodůvodněný a podle mého názoru proti duchu Trip Advisor.
Vedení mi bezpochyby zavolá trolla a vyvrátí mé názory, ale všichni máme nárok na naše názory, se kterými ostatní lidé mohou nebo nemusí souhlasit.
Tato lokalita je fantastická a slunný balkon je opravdu dobrý, a přestože bych neřekl luxusním bytům, za zaplacenou cenu, pokud by to nebylo pro níže uvedené problémy, řekl bych, že jde jen o hodnotu za peníze.
Zákaznický servis při rezervaci byl vynikající a vždy, když jsme měli nějaké dotazy nebo žádosti, paní v kanceláři byla vždy velmi nápomocná.
Vybavení je základní, což by bylo v pořádku, ale potřebují nějaké TLC a zatímco byty mají velké čtvercové záběry, hodně prostoru je mrtvý prostor a ložnice jsou trochu malé. Nejsem velký chlapík, ale snažil jsem se obejít postele s šatní skříní na zdi.
Pokud jde o šatní skříň, nebylo to zjevně řádně vyčištěno, o čemž svědčí špína, která přišla na jeden z mých topů a zároveň odkládala naše oblečení. Kuchyňská oblast, i když na první pohled vypadala dobře, při bližším zkoumání se ukázalo, že to podle našeho názoru není zdaleka neposkvrněné. Všichni máme různé standardy, myslím, a pokud nechcete používat kuchyň, která ve skutečnosti není dobře vybavena, pokud jde o nádobí, pro přípravu jídla, pak by to asi bylo v pořádku. A než vedení řekne, že jsme to měli zmínit o recepci, to je trochu obtížné, když přijedete v sobotu a recepce není otevřena až v pondělí 8:00! Cítili jsme, že nemáme na výběr, ale sami to očistíme, protože jsme neměli nikoho, komu bychom si mohli stěžovat až do pondělí.
Pokud bych mohl managementu podat jeden pozitivní návrh, týkalo by se to informací dostupných v bytech při příjezdu. Komplexnější informační balíček by byl lepší než malé poznámky, které zůstaly. Například číslo pro hasičskou službu by bylo spíše dobrým začátkem než pouhým odchodem v případě požáru, kdy neexistoval důkaz o detektoru kouře, který je jistě proti zdraví a bezpečnosti?
Jiní lidé mají odlišné názory a vedení bezpochyby zvrátí obvyklým způsobem, ale přál bych si, abych uvěřil těm upřímnějším méně než dobrým recenzím, které odrážejí to, co jsme viděli.

HERE WE GO AGAIN. YET ANOTHER TROLL ATTACK DELIBERATELY USING MISINFORMATION.
First of all we are informed that leaving a nice, meaningful note for all our guests before they leave is against the spirit of TripAdvisor. Is that so? Surely Tripadvisor should know best. That is why over the last seven years Paphinia has won eight Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence awards, seven TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice awards and two very prestigious TripAdvisor Hall of Fame awards. In the words of Mr. Steve Kaufer :- “Congratulations Paphinia, your property belongs to a very exclusive group. This year fewer than 1% of all accommodations listed on TripAdvisor received Travellers’ Choice Awards.” Over the same period Paphinia has also now won six awards from the well known booking company. Our score for 2019 was incredibly high and it was accompanied by the following comments from their managing director :- “ Heartfelt congratulations from all of us. We are thrilled to see your hard work being recognised by the people that matter most, your guests.” Of course, nothing upsets trolls more than the true facts. It gets under their skin and so they tend to fall off their perches on a regular basis. The basic truth of the matter is that the vast majority of our guests know the true facts much better than a couple of sad trolls. Hence all the very many awards.
Absolutely everybody in the travel business agrees that Paphinia’s studios are huge (385 sq. ft), our one-bedroom apartments are huge (540 sq. ft) and our two-bedroom apartments are huge (800 sq. ft). However we are now informed by this troll that most of the space is “dead space”. This is totally untrue and is yet another example of sad, twisted misinformation.
We then move on to Paphinia’s kitchens. We were informed that these kitchens were not really great because there was a missing utensil or two. Is that so? If there was really a missing utensil why on earth did this person not mention it to our office manager and any missing utensil would have been replaced at once. The honest answer is that there was never any missing utensil and that is why it was never mentioned to our manager. Yet another sad, pathetic excuse to mark down Paphinia. Now let us get to the true facts regarding Paphinia’s kitchens. The directors of all the travel companies that we work with have informed us on many occasions that these are the most fully equipped kitchens that they have ever seen in tourist apartments anywhere. Fully equipped kitchens with granite worktops, microwave ovens, quadruple hobs with extractor fan, washing machines, separate tumble dryers as well as a large fridge/freezer and a big electric cooker, double stainless sink, iron and ironing board, electric kettle and toaster. When it comes to kitchens one of the British managing directors said that many guests from the UK would be very lucky to have such fully equipped kitchens at home. It is a great pleasure to stress the true facts to this sad, misinforming troll.
We now turn to the subject of cleanliness. We are told that the kitchen looked alright but then this person found out that it was really “far from spotless”. Is that so? If that was really the case why did this person not immediately report it to the manager in our office? The management would have sent two cleaning ladies at once to inspect and clean the area which was said to be dirty. Of course this never happened. The kitchen was never unclean so this person never reported it to the manager because he was well aware at the time that this was simply not true.
We were then informed that one bedroom cupboard was unclean. Frankly, we do not believe this either. The wardrobes in these apartments were checked regularly before, during and after this guest’s stay. Moreover the cleaning ladies are on duty all day Saturday and Sunday as well as from 8 am on Monday morning. Everywhere in our apartments it is made very clear that if there is any sort of problem an emergency phone number should be used at once and problems would be resolved straight away by sending the cleaning ladies and/or the technicians to resolve the said problem. We are not going to give out this telephone number in this response, for obvious reasons, but it is plastered all over our flats, our office and our reception.
We now move on to the subject of fire detectors and the Health & Safety Regulations. We have already called in the Paphos CID to inspect our apartments. They confirm that there is indeed a smoke detector in every apartment. They confirm that these smoke detectors are indeed working. We have shown them our documents and they confirm that we have passed local Health & Safety requirements as well as the Health & Safety requirement required by the travel companies with which we operate. Putting up with misinforming trolls is one thing but we will most certainly never allow Paphinia to be defamed. Defamation in Cyprus is a criminal offence punishable with substantial fines and /or imprisonment. Paphos CID have told us to find out the real names of this person hiding behind his cover name. They have told us to find out their real names from England and that he will then be put on the Cyprus stop list at Paphos and Larnaca airports which means that he will be detained if he ever chooses to come and/or leave Cyprus again. Detention would almost certainly lead to cross examination and we will definitely proceed with a court case in Cyprus as well as in the UK. We will now leave no stone unturned until we find the true identity of this person and then his name will immediately be passed on to the Cyprus police. UK operatives will be able to find out his true identity very quickly. Under no circumstances will we ever allow Paphinia’s good name to be defamed and besmirched.
Since we are now very much enjoying rubbing the trolls’ nose in it we have the following extra comments to make. At a recent town hall meeting the mayor of Paphos congratulated Paphinia on being quite the best looking and best maintained building on the sea in Paphos. We wonder why! At the same time the three leading chartered surveyors on the island have stressed that Paphinia is quite the best situated property not only in Paphos but on the whole of the island. We wonder why! We also have a constant stream of travellers coming to us from the leading five star hotels on the sea who tell us that it is a pleasure to stay in our two-bedroom apartments which are two and a half times the size of a regular hotel bedroom which invariably has no balcony, no sea view and no fully equipped kitchen. And yet the price of a hotel bedroom is well in excess of the price for one of our huge (800 sq ft), fully equipped, multi-award winning apartments with large balconies directly overlooking the Med. Of course a hotel bedroom most certainly does not provide a fully equipped kitchen. We do very much hope that trolls can understand this and we very much look forward to rubbing their nose in it when we win yet further awards in a couple of months time. We have already won a very important award from the booking company with an extremely high score for 2019 and we believe that there is very much more to come. No trolls will stop us and we will take great pleasure in handing over the surname of the person responsible for defaming Paphinia. Paphos CID have informed us that they will take this matter very seriously when they are given his full name. We are really looking forward to that day as well as to many more awards! .

We now turn to the subject of cleanliness. We are told that the kitchen looked alright but then this person found out that it was really “far from spotless”. Is that so? If that was really the case why did this person not immediately report it to the manager in our office? The management would have sent two cleaning ladies at once to inspect and clean the area which was said to be dirty. Of course this never happened. The kitchen was never unclean so this person never reported it to the manager because he was well aware at the time that this was simply not true.
We were then informed that one bedroom cupboard was unclean. Frankly, we do not believe this either. The wardrobes in these apartments were checked regularly before, during and after this guest’s stay. Moreover the cleaning ladies are on duty all day Saturday and Sunday as well as from 8 am on Monday morning. Everywhere in our apartments it is made very clear that if there is any sort of problem an emergency phone number should be used at once and problems would be resolved straight away by sending the cleaning ladies and/or the technicians to resolve the said problem. We are not going to give out this telephone number in this response, for obvious reasons, but it is plastered all over our flats, our office and our reception.
We now move on to the subject of fire detectors and the Health & Safety Regulations. We have already called in the Paphos CID to inspect our apartments. They confirm that there is indeed a smoke detector in every apartment. They confirm that these smoke detectors are indeed working. We have shown them our documents and they confirm that we have passed local Health & Safety requirements as well as the Health & Safety requirement required by the travel companies with which we operate. Putting up with misinforming trolls is one thing but we will most certainly never allow Paphinia to be defamed. Defamation in Cyprus is a criminal offence punishable with substantial fines and /or imprisonment. Paphos CID have told us to find out the real names of this person hiding behind his cover name. They have told us to find out their real names from England and that he will then be put on the Cyprus stop list at Paphos and Larnaca airports which means that he will be detained if he ever chooses to come and/or leave Cyprus again. Detention would almost certainly lead to cross examination and we will definitely proceed with a court case in Cyprus as well as in the UK. We will now leave no stone unturned until we find the true identity of this person and then his name will immediately be passed on to the Cyprus police. UK operatives will be able to find out his true identity very quickly. Under no circumstances will we ever allow Paphinia’s good name to be defamed and besmirched.
Since we are now very much enjoying rubbing the trolls’ nose in it we have the following extra comments to make. At a recent town hall meeting the mayor of Paphos congratulated Paphinia on being quite the best looking and best maintained building on the sea in Paphos. We wonder why! At the same time the three leading chartered surveyors on the island have stressed that Paphinia is quite the best situated property not only in Paphos but on the whole of the island. We wonder why! We also have a constant stream of travellers coming to us from the leading five star hotels on the sea who tell us that it is a pleasure to stay in our two-bedroom apartments which are two and a half times the size of a regular hotel bedroom which invariably has no balcony, no sea view and no fully equipped kitchen. And yet the price of a hotel bedroom is well in excess of the price for one of our huge (800 sq ft), fully equipped, multi-award winning apartments with large balconies directly overlooking the Med. Of course a hotel bedroom most certainly does not provide a fully equipped kitchen. We do very much hope that trolls can understand this and we very much look forward to rubbing their nose in it when we win yet further awards in a couple of months time. We have already won a very important award from the booking company with an extremely high score for 2019 and we believe that there is very much more to come. No trolls will stop us and we will take great pleasure in handing over the surname of the person responsible for defaming Paphinia. Paphos CID have informed us that they will take this matter very seriously when they are given his full name. We are really looking forward to that day as well as to many more awards! .
