Another fantastic break in the best location in kato paphos

Yet another fantastic break in our favourite accommodation amazing views and location, great responsive staff and very well maintained property been here several times in a few different room types Studio is fine but sea view with large balcony worth the extra for us. Couldn’t recommend highly enough if you want the best location without a pool, the sea is only a few steps away.

We very much appreciate all the praise and comments and the high score.
It is now time to mention that we have just been awarded the top Travellers’ Choice award for 2026. This is the fourteenth year in a row that we have been awarded the top Travellers’ Choice award. Over the years we have also been awarded the following by TripAdvisor:- Eight Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence awards (2012,2013,2014,2015,2016,2017,2018, 2019) (Ceased in 2019), Two TripAdvisor Hall of Fame awards (2018, 2019) (Ceased in 2019). So we have therefore been awarded a total of Twenty-Four TripAdvisor awards over the last fourteen years.
At the same time we have also been awarded thirteen awards from the well-known Booking company.
So this makes a grand total of Thirty-Seven awards over the last fourteen years.
Despite constant searching and requests we have not been able to discover any hotel or hotel apartments in any country that has won so many awards. World class !

An absolute gem in Paphos , the self catering appartments are excellent , we cannot emphasise enough on location here and fanta

If your looking for location , self catering appartments with fantastic sea views and transport links within walking distance, bus , cabs
. We have once again been in awe of this place , spacious rooms , TV, Internet, air conditioning plus washing machine and dryer in appartment, makes it feel home from home , no pool but the beaches are stops away bus transport from harbour and a cheaply ticket for one week lets you ride all the buses night or day , so take yourselves off to the Market or head to Waterpark . Restaurants are plentiful and wide choice available along the harbour and main drag , the menus are well varied with plenty choice for children .
We cannot wait to return again next year

What a great weeks stay

Once again a fantastic weeks stay, never disappoints. Wonderful views of the harbour, supermarket to the rear. We spent most of our night enjoying a drink and watching the great atmosphere below. I can not speak highly enough of these apartments. Thank you Elena

Excellent value!!

We spent 11 nights in a one bedroom apartment with sea view.
The apartment was clean and well appointed including cooker, fridge, washing machine and dryer.
Our lovely cleaner Maria (room 110) was a breath of fresh air!
Very friendly and chatty and nothing was too much for her. Kept the place spotless!
Fantastic location right in the heart of Kato Paphos.
Very chilled time had by the both of us.
Excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend!!

Sea view apartments

Amazing apartments with stunning views. 2nd visit to these apartments which have everything you need including washing machine, tumble drier, full fridge freezer, kettle and all utensils, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Excellent air conditioning, very spacious superior deluxe apartment looking straight onto the sea. Elena was amazing as I had been in contact prior to arriving and she answered every question very quickly by email. Maria, who was our cleaner deserves 5 stars for the way our apartment was cleaned, lovely friendly woman who cannot do enough for you. We will definitely return.
