Highly Recommended!! Amazing Staff & Great Stay
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely come back again.
The biggest highlight was the amazing hospitality from the staff. A special thank you to Mr. Thongdy, Mr. Jo, and the restaurant manager. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. They went above and beyond to assist me whenever I needed help, and their dedication and genuine care made my stay truly memorable. They gave me such a wonderful impression of Laos.
The hotel itself was also excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and overlooked the swimming pool, which was especially beautiful in the evening. The bed was very comfortable, and the room even provided disposable amenities.
I also loved that the hotel offers free bicycle rental and a complimentary tuk-tuk shuttle to the nearby night market, which made getting around very convenient.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience. The service, facilities, and hospitality exceeded my expectations.
If I visit Luang Prabang again, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! ❤️

Amazingly great stay!
That was amazing!
It is not the first time we stay in Souphattra Hotel chain, we relied on previous experience in the Vientiane. So there were no doubts where to stay in Luang Prabang!
Strictly recommend this beautiful place!
Perfect location for a quiet and relaxing stay with mountain view and clear fresh air. You need to go to the city? No problem - shuttle is ready to bring you at any place you need! Need something? No problem - pleasant staff will do they best as soon as it possible!
Also I want to tell about outstanding exterior and interior of rooms and the backyard zone!
Also I want to say many great thanks to the hotel staff for made our stay warm, shine and relaxing, especially say thanks to Mr. NongPhet for being helpful and pleasant, Ms. Pouna for being cheerful and attentive, Mr. Thad for being always ready to drive you anywhere you need!
