Very accommodating. Our flight arrived at 11 PM and we didn't get to the hotel until nearly 1 the next morning. They checked us in without issue. They also allowed us to buy one more night when we decided that we needed a little more time.
The floor was very dirty. Like most people in Laos, they don't know how to properly clean a floor. The window leaked when it rained, so the hall floor was wet.

Walking distance to the airport

Affordable accommodation that is walking distance to the airport. Perfect if you have an early or late flight.
Although a little old and not-too-well maintained, the room is very spacious. Unfortunately we didn't have the chance to fully utilise the unexpected fridge in the room. The location is quiet enough at night.

Smelled like cigarettes and found a pair of underwear in the bed. Bathroom sink drain was not tied in to the drain system.

Very disappointed...the water in the sink is not drained and goes straight to the floor and splashes on your body. There was a girl next door screaming in the middle of the night, I don't know if there were mice. There is only one pair of slippers in the double room...and there is no hair dryer, but it is still clean 😔

Near Airport

Stayed here in late November of 2019. Came in on a late flight in Vientiane, booked hotel room through Agoda. Walked to hotel, which is set back a ways from main road. I didn't feel unsafe but, of course, was hyper vigilante.
Reservation was received and accepted by proprietor. Was given room right by the entrance. Large bed, though a little hard for someone from the US. Fridge in room. Clean and comfortable. WiFi worked great. No breakfast. In the mornings, you can hear workers talking and walking back and forth as they turn over the rooms for the day. Shower took a tad bit to warm up. My biggest critique of this hotel has to be the glass ceramic tiles used in the bathrooms. When wet, it is extremely slippery, which shouldn't pose a threat if you brought your shower shoes, but I didn't. Furthermore, the danger in the bathroom is exacerbated by the sharp corners of the sink--I mean they are sharp corners! I made certain every time my spouse entered the bathroom to mind the wetness and sharp corners of the sink. Also, the toilet is a bit too close to the wall for my comfort.
