Beautiful, stylish and spotless hotel. Amazing spa, rooftop pool, and outstanding service

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at!
The hotel is incredibly beautiful, stylish, cozy, and spotlessly clean. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, creating a truly relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.
The rooftop pool was a real highlight of my stay. I was lucky enough to enjoy it almost entirely to myself, making the experience peaceful, beautiful, and incredibly relaxing. I also had a wonderful spa massage, which was absolutely amazing. The therapists were highly professional, and it was one of the most relaxing experiences of my trip.
I would especially like to thank Mr. Montee and the entire reception team. They are exceptionally kind, welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. I had an issue with my bank card, and they immediately went above and beyond to assist me until everything was resolved. Their genuine care and sincere hospitality made a lasting impression on me.
The service throughout the hotel was outstanding. Every member of the staff made me feel truly welcome and cared for.
Thank you for such a warm welcome and exceptional hospitality! I would be delighted to stay here again and will happily recommend Souphattra Hotel Vientiane to anyone visiting Vientiane.

Simple elegance

A true five-star hotel, whether from the point of view of furnishings or service. Great location, very central. The hotel is new and excellently maintained. Whether public lounges or rooms - everything is in perfect condition and conscientiously maintained. Rooms: spacious, modern, functional and elegant. Tasteful furnishings and colour combinations. The comfortable bed provided the excellent quality of sleep. Breakfast buffet: rich, varied, delicious and fresh. Staff: accommodating and well trained. Wi-Fi: good and stable. Check-in or check-out: fast and trouble-free.

Stunning decor, beautiful rooms and great facilities

This place is stunning. Amazing view and nice area

Amazing place recommend to stay when you in Laos. The room so good big space. Nice area and all the staff take care so good especially staff name Mon at front desk she very friendly. Rooftop bar was very good too. Will come back next time when in Laos.
