Good location

The hotel is well located near a tram stop that goes directly to the airport and also within walking distance of the main sights, bars, restaurants and supermarket. Nice welcome on arrival. Good sized room - clean with a good shower. Didn’t particuarly like a €50 deposit being taken - it feels cheap to do so as if the guests are ruffians - also paper cups for coffee in the room also cheap. That aside we had a good stay.

The room was ok and we had no problems checking in and staying for the night. However, at check out I was told that my outstanding amount was €55, the receptionist said that he will take €50 from the deposit and then charged additional €5 to the card I used the day before. That was correct and the charge was taken instantly. After a moment I noticed that additional €43 was taken from my card. I went back to ask what the charge was for and I was told that they do not recognise that payment and don’t know why it was taken. I got no help or explanation of what happened. From my side it clearly looked like a fraud so I cancelled the payment. I do not recommend staying at this hotel and will definitely not be returning

Terrible

Rude staff, cramped room, and in the morning, the surprise of a clogged toilet – I had to leave my room to use public restrooms. It was awful. I spoke to the manager about it, and she didn't apologize for the situation; she simply said she would send a technician. This technician turned out to be the cleaning lady who entered my room without permission, and my husband was undressed. It was a nightmare. She entered the room and spoke rudely in French to us guests who just wanted to be there resting. It was a total disregard for our needs. There are several hotels in the city center and surrounding areas of better quality. Don't come here if you want peace and respect. The pillows were awful and of very poor quality. In short, an experience that will make me never want to return.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Parc Plaza Luxembourg. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The room was clean and comfortable,
However, one downside was that the room temperature was quite high, and it was difficult to cool it down sufficiently, which affected the overall comfort, especially at night.
Overall, I would still recommend the hotel for its service and location, but make sure you book a room with a AC system, it would significantly improve the guest experience.

Well-located hotel.

Very well-located hotel, close to the upper town and the Pétrusse.
The rooms are comfortable except for the air conditioning, which is very, very noisy and only moderately cools.
The breakfast is nothing special; we found it expensive for what was offered.
