Great location between railway station and old town so easy to get around. Clean. We forgot our travel adaptor and they had one for loan. Our toilet kept running but they fixed quickly and were very responsive. The petit breakfast for 10 euros was excellent value.

The property itself isn’t quite bad, with an excellent location and some decent amenities. My room was an Executive Suite, boasting a few amenities (robe/slippers, mini-bar, etc.), including air conditioning. The advertise was “actual” air conditioning or conditioning of warmer air passing by a super-cooled, refrigerated loop thereby producing cooler air and exhausting it through a vent or into the room. NONE of this was happening. EVER. Instead, at best, there is a centralized heat exchanger that services the entire floor (estimated 30+ rooms), but really only “cools” an area to about 2-3 degrees Celsius cooler than the ambient temperature. So, on a night where temperatures are 27-29 degrees, the best I could hope to achieve was 24 degrees, even though my analog Honeywell thermostat indicated it was trying its best to achieve 16 (or even 17. 18, or 19) degrees.. When I reported it to the front desk, I received some kind of mini-jumbo explanation about how it is centrally managed by the European Union! When I called the BS flag on that, another colleague remarked, “It’s for Green preservation.” Next, I was told it was acting up and a maintenance engineer would be addressing it within the hour, which never happened. The real truth: there actually isn’t an air conditioning system that serves each hotel room floor (only the main lobby area in a centralized system). Instead, a heat exchanger at 24 degrees is what is being called an air conditioning system.Why lie or misrepresent?

Not as good as expected
I am giving 5 stars only because of Carminio. She showed genuine care when I was sick yesterday and really tried to help. Since the room was not properly heated and the AC was set only to 21°C during the cold weather, she brought me extra covers and even a standalone heater.
If I give 5 out of 5, it is only because of her kindness and support. Thank you, Carminio.

One afternoon in Luxembourg
We picked this location for a one night stay to visit the city on our way from Netherlands to Switzerland.
Location was good for walking to town as we like to walk. The toilet room is separated from bathroom which was interesting. The thermostat wasn’t working properly so we were hot for most of the night. They also adviced not to drink the water since they were working on the plumbing. But front desk was helpful with giving us information on where to visit.

Travel in Europe
located about a kilometer from the center, but still very convenient for visiting the city on foot. The position allows you to move easily without the need for means.
There is an underground car park just below the hotel, at a cost of €30 per day; however, it is not managed directly by the hotel.
The hotel is modern, elegant and well-kept in the rooms. The room was spacious, clean and equipped with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Only small note on the pillows, which were a bit too hard for my taste.
Very good breakfast, with a wide variety of fresh and quality products, suitable to meet different preferences.
Overall, a very positive stay that I would recommend.
