To improve
The hotel is nothing too extravagant, suitable for staying a few nights with friends or relatives, and also offers breakfast (for a fee). Most of the rooms have 1 French bed for 2 people (although calling it a bed is a bit much, since it is just a mattress placed on a wooden surface, but at least it is comfortable). Unfortunately, an unpleasant incident occurred: during one night, a group of boys stayed over, making noise until 3 in the morning, which prevented us from sleeping. After numerous requests for silence, we went to the reception, but there was no one there. We also tried calling the hotel number, but there was no answer. The next morning, the owner's excuse was "we do not have enough staff for the night." This is not an acceptable excuse, because it was this yesterday, and tomorrow something more serious could happen.

I stayed here 3 nights. Convenient location with under bar and market and opposite bus and tram stops
Aesthetically very cute but various aspects to improve
The bed is really very uncomfortable, the terms turn on and off at will so you go from frost to absurd heat
I can't believe they don't come and clean the room every day and you have to ask them explicitly

To sleep uncomfortable but in the center
My husband and I slept for one night in this hotel finding ourselves quite bad
LOCATION: The hotel is in a palace in the old town on one of the main streets.
Unfortunately the building does not look very good, a little 'left to fend for itself, almost dilapidated.Presence of elevator.The hotel is on the first floor and occupies a large portion.Parking on the street pay not by credit card but with money or with applications present in other countries.
SERVICES: The reception had a person who checked us in explaining how the key worked. We asked for an extra pillow, but were told there was no chance of getting it.
We were told they would keep our bags until we left, but in the end we took them with us.
ROOM: The photos were definitely much nicer than what we found.
The room was not particularly unpleasant, but many things were left to you. There was a TV, but it needed the double remote for the decoder. The kettle wasn't working.
From the shelf we moved the pot with the fine seedling and there was dust around.
The sleeping area was mezzanine and was accessed by a staircase. The height of the mezzanine must have been five feet.
The bed, a square and a half, in my opinion small for two (and we have already slept in beds to a square and a half), low, uncomfortable, worse still the pillows.
Next to one side of the bed was a bedside table. The other side was at risk of falling since the parapet was low.
The two windows had shutters and curtains. Too bad that the curtains, beyond the completely wrinkled, were in all transparent and the room overlooked the inner courtyard, passage area to access the high apartments of the condominium. THE BATHROOM: blind, fanless or not working. Spacious shower with soap and shampoo dispenser. WC. A little rough towels.
BREAKFAST: Not done also because the dedicated area was partly obtained from the corridor that divided the rooms.
VALUE FOR MONEY: definitely very low price, but the room is also worth less.
I saw, however, leaving, a more spacious room that perhaps would have been more comfortable for beds both mezzanine and not. I think it was a quadruple....and had curtains covering from the street view

Good
Nice hotel.... very comfortable .... metro and bus a minute ....supetmecato right next to the gate..... clean and provided .... at night water and hot drinks available..... only flaw the bed in the loft.... for me uncomfortable.... but good value for money

AVOID - unreliable
I booked this hotel and contacted the property before hand to say we would arrive later than 10pm. They said this was fine but upon arrival we could not get into the locked property. We managed to access it eventually when some residents left but then encountered another locked door. I called the hotel directly, a man answered abruptly saying he would call back in ten minutes! No context or explanation. So we were just stood there, freeing with all our bags! Therefore I decided to book something else. He called later and said ‘I was helping some customers what do you want me to do?’ I said I’d booked something else instead and he said ‘cool, why you want to talk to me then?’
