Estancia perfecta
El pasado mes de mayo viajamos a Budapest una amiga y yo, y decidimos quedarnos en este apartamento por el buen precio que tenía en relación a los servicios que ofrecía: habitación y baño privado, cocina y una localización céntrica, en pleno barrio judío.
El apartamento se encuentra en un bloque de pisos que, si nunca has visitado Budapest, en un primer momento te llamará la atención, pues presenta una fachada exterior bastante deteriorada, pero que luego descubrirás que es característica del barrio judío. Nada tiene esto que ver con el interior de la habitación.
El bloque cuenta con ascensor, solo hay que subir unos primeros escalones hasta acceder a él. La habitación tenía aire acondicionado y un calentador de pared, televisión con Netflix (aunque sin subtítulos en español), Youtube, etc. La cocina contaba con vitrocerámica, microondas, hornillo, tostadora y hervidora. El baño tenía una ducha bastante amplia y disponía de toallas. Desde la habitación se podía observar el patio interior; ningún día tuvimos problemas de ruido ni molestias.
La localización está muy bien, ya que se encuentra en una avenida con numerosos sitios para comer (cadenas de comida rápida y restaurantes locales), supermercados (como Lidl), bocas de metro a unos 5-10 minutos y varios Ruin Pubs cerca.
El día que llegamos una chica nos estaba esperando para enseñarnos el edificio y el apartamento. Tuvimos bastante retraso con el vuelo y en ningún momento supuso algún problema, pues ofrecen un número de teléfono que a través de whatsapp siempre atendieron (en inglés) muy amablemente.

Forget about it.
The only positive thing is the area!!! The apartment would also be decent if only they kept it clean. A towel x person x shower as big as that x face, a hand towel and nothing more. 1 roll and a half of toilet paper that we ran out the next day our arrival to clean... as far as we could. No cleaning products for the room and bathroom (only detergent x dishes)... we bought bleach and sponge. Bed comfortable enough but with child pillows. Sheets not exactly clean. Pictures on Booking are deceiving. The hairdryer only threw cold air and when we sent a whatsapp to the host we had no response. The bedside light on the right not working, the wire was cut but no one cared. I leave some photos that can make what is written even more truthful. Too bad, I was just hoping for cleanliness, I didn't think I expected much. Ps we left a roll of toilet paper and bleach hoping that you make good use of it.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Lack of Humanity

The next weekend I had planned a trip with my parents to Budapest and we had a reservation through the booking platform in the apartment. Given the circumstances, and having the Hungarian government prohibited the entry of foreigners and following the recommendations of the OMS, I contacted the hotel to arrange a possible change of dates or refund.
On the other hand, booking has launched a communication promoting the owners to return the money or change the dates due to a force majeure.
Well, after many phone calls and e-mails since last Wednesday, I have not received any response, booking has contacted me that has not received any response either by the platform. I would like to clarify that when I made the booking they contacted me immediately and there was no problem.
I think this is awfully treatment given the circumstances and very little humanity.

Un studio proche de tout
Nous avons séjourné dans ce studio 5 nuits au mois d'avril 2019.
L'accueil est très agréable, de bonnes explications sur la ville et le petit hébergement. La personne a pris son temps pour nous renseigner. Par contre, tout c'est fait en anglais. Nous ne maîtrisons pas l'anglais. Avec un minimum de connaissance et sa patience nous avons compris.
Le studio est neuf, très propre, bien agencé, calme et proche de tout. L'entrée de l’immeuble n'est pas rénovée et ne laisse pas imaginée l'agréable surprise lors de la découverte du studio.
Il n'y a pas la possibilité d'y aller en famille, c'est fait uniquement pour un couple.
Nous sommes ravis de notre voyage, l'hébergement fait parti de notre agréable séjour.
