Very nice hotel. I liked that it was all smart and I could control everything from my phone. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel had excellent amenities, even some I hadn’t experienced at other hotels before. For example, you could request a pillow in firm, medium, and soft. The hotel was in walking distance to everything. Perfectly situation in a zone with lots of food options and even a park where multiple locals frequent. It felt like I lived in town and was not a tourist, yet I was close to everything and transport was easily accessible. The room was clean, good size, and had everything you needed. Will stay here again next time I come to Budapest!

Unpleasant experience

The hotel looks very nice and modern, but unfortunately, it was extremely dirty. I honestly don’t think the floor had ever been properly cleaned, and the bathroom was in a terrible condition. There was hair stuck to the tiles, and I don’t even want to think about what those stains on the floor were. The bedside tables were also dirty, with clearly visible marks and grime.
Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, especially considering how nice and modern the hotel looks at first glance.

Nice hotel

Lovely, comfortable and clean hotel. Very nice stay. Just a couple of cons: if you have a room that overlooks the courtyard, then be prepared for staff from the neighbouring property to be outside all night until about 5am. Very noisy, as sound travels. Also, one of the hotel female receptionists was extremely rude and unhelpful. But, putting that aside, if you can get a different room, ignore the rudeness, then this is really a very lovely hotel for a city break stay.

It's a nice hotel in a great central location. Clean & spacious room. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was great. Smart control over AC & lighting via your phone. Overall, highly recommended.

All in all very good - but very late cleaning, and my room has issues with water which came into the main room when showering.
