If you are looking for a peaceful escape right in the heart of the city, MiCasa All Suite Hotel is an absolute hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, we were wrapped in an atmosphere of comfort and genuine warmth.
A very special and heartfelt thank you goes to Yana at the front desk. Her beautiful smile and incredibly friendly service set the perfect tone for our entire stay. Yana went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, handling our check-in with a level of grace and professionalism that truly stands out. She is a wonderful asset to the hotel!
The hotel itself is a fantastic find:
Incredible Value: The rates are remarkably affordable, especially considering its prime city location.
Spacious Sanctuary: We were blown away by how large and well-appointed the suite was. It feels more like a luxury apartment than a standard hotel room, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind.
Top-Notch Service: From the pristine housekeeping to the attentive staff, every service recommended here is fully justified.

Incredible hospitality, staff was very accommodating, the rooms were maintained well, and the one we got had a beautiful view!

A wonderful hotel!

We are a couple who travel full time and the Micasa hotel is still one of our absolute favourites! We feel so at home there and we stay for weeks at a time. The location is great, it feels like you are in a more peaceful part of the city, and you are still well connected with the MRT and also the KLCC park (patronas towers) is walkable at about 15 mins.
We love the rooms as there is plenty of space and great to have the kitchenette as we enjoy making our own food. The pool is nice and good for those who don’t like pools on a really high floor as this one is ground level . There is also a gym and laundry facilities. There are grocery shops within walking distance which is very useful.
The team at the Micasa are excellent, they are all very friendly and helpful, just to name a few - Yana, Nelly, Elton, Arif, Jebon, Ashimin, Rabi, Pancha, Arif from maintenance. There are more too! They were always available to answer our questions and made us feel very comfortable. You don’t always get that at hotels so that’s why we would never hesitate in going back to the Micasa. We recommend!

Spacious & well-furnished room. Felt like a little oasis adjacent Jalan Tun Razak. Short walk to some embassies and the new Ombak KLCC.
Check-in not as quick as some other hotels
