Great hotel

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, good location and definitely recommendation for short stay. No complaints at all! Very nice. Location nice and central, plenty to do nearby and within walking distance. I would definitely return here when I'm back in rebat.

Bad experience

Upon arriving in the room, the bed was damp and smelled of urine; they asked us if it was our son... Is this a joke? We just arrived.
They changed our sheets after midnight because we arrived late and offered us 200dh... Keep your money and respect your customers; I am not asking for charity.
After midnight, it was impossible to find another place, so we slept on top of the comforters; not rested, they offered to let me stay until 3 p.m., thanks, but the sooner I leave for somewhere else, the better I will be. To top off the experience: Technician came to fix a sink issue, breakfast was passable, no real orange juice or good coffee.
2300 dirhams for 2 triple rooms with breakfast. My conclusion:
A hotel to suggest to adventurers looking to spend their money on a standard that is far from being up to par.
I am really disappointed.

Rabat Visit

Nice hotel in a central location. Very helpful staff particularly Mr Khalid at reception gave good advice on travel to various cities.
Rabat is a super lovely city.

Stealing accusation!

The hotel is overpriced if we compare it to the services. During the check out they accused me for stealing the towel.i was really embarrassed !!( Pay attention the person who did it can steal also your stuff) I don't recommend it ............

Bad experience

Friendly staff apart from a receptionist of impossible arrogance.
Poor cleanliness and breakfast at least one can say average.
Lots of anomalies in the rooms you have to manage without your knowledge.
Terms of payment day to day very strangely, first time I experience this!!!
I would not recommend it to anyone if we are looking for a peaceful stay.
