Centrally located. Dedicated parking area opposite. Breakfast needs to be improved: choice of dishes, service.

EVERYTHING IS GREAT, BUT LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED!
The hotel is well located for what we needed, close to the train station and has elevator. Since we would only stay 2 days in Rabat, we arrived and departed by train and we were already with the luggage loaded, it was useful. It is about 20 minutes walk to the Medina. There is a tram option. But as we liked walking it wasn't a problem. The avenue that leads to Medina is beautiful, with restaurants and shops. A nice walk. Shower was good, comfortable bed.
The air-conditioned room, with completely differentiated buttons, had even an explanation of how to use it. Even after the employee explained it, we found that it doesn't flow into Moroccan heat. Last night, it got much worse and even triggering the reception we were only treated long after. We asked to fix it and they didn't have a team for it. The frigobar existed in the room, but he and nothing were the same. It didn't freeze. The part of the frozen, obviously, didn't make ice and the hotel said not to provide. That is, you couldn't drink something cold in your room, even after an intense walk through the city. The breakfast was also dark. We arrived 1h after starting and had almost nothing and much of what was reposted was not tasty. And they did not move to resume, even though there was still a long time to end the Service. We had to ask several times. The girl in charge of the service in the café did not speak any other language (which I find unacceptable in a hotel, even more in the capital of a country) and also had no goodwill. It looked like we were asking for a favor. She was still very loose on the Service. I was cleaning the tables throwing dirt on the restaurant floor. I found it absurd! And it is worth remembering that it is not a Riad, it is a network hotel and therefore more structure, standardization and quality are expected. Oh, there's no market near the hotel.

Great staff, clean room and bathroom. Quiet neighborhood, very accessible. Great breakfast. I'd definitely love to be back!

The room itself is modern and the bed very comfy.
Its very close to Rabat Ville Train Station.
Internet and TV all worked fine.
The negatives - Very noisy as my room overlooked a busy main road. This meant very little sleep for three nights. Upon asking them to move me, they simply said we have no space.
The breakfast was bang average, usual boiled eggs, bread and salad. I asked for an English Tea and was told I need to pay extra.
The shower flooring has a strange wooden floor/ decking design. Due to the materials used, huge gaps appeared underfoot when showering and alot of brown flies gathered in the bathroom close to the shower.
For the price I paid, I am very disappointed. I will not return to AZ Hotel.
