Úžasný hotel !!!
Myslím, že to není hotel, ale 4 hvězdičky, pokoj, který máme s pěkným výhledem na oceán, paní blonďatá dívka velmi vstřícná a dokonce i další zaměstnanci, restaurace, barový bazén, obecně personál byl velmi milý a vstřícný! Čistí všude, kde to bylo čisté, výtah (mají 2) funguje velmi dobře, doporučuji toto místo! Také si velmi užívám malé želvy, které vyrůstají v pískových vejcích, poté, co je personál pustil na prohlídku, to si opravdu vážím! Chladný! Barový bazén má uvnitř bazénu bar a umístění je dobré! A je velmi bezpečný, mají tam spoustu bezpečnosti!

1 ložnicové apartmá all-inclusive
Skvělá lokalita, ale je třeba upgradovat. Za 350 dolarů. 00 CAD za noc Zaplatil jsem za vše - včetně 1 ložnicového apartmá, které je rozbité nebo opotřebované. Kuchyňský kout kompletní, ale bez čistících prostředků nebo kávy. Všechny kohoutky měly problémy nebo byly ponuré.

Nejlepší narozeniny
Strávil jsem své narozeniny v oceánském snu a bylo to úžasné! Hotel je doslova na pláži a 2 minuty chůze od obchodu s potravinami kluby a průvodce. Kromě toho, že jsem měl nejlepšího barmana, kdy se Hugo ujistil, že nikdy nebudu muset žít prstem.

Skvělé místo k odpočinku - úžasný bar u bazénu
Zůstali jsme zde na konferenci v Cancúnu a užili jsme si volný čas v bazénu u baru u bazénu. Hugo, jeden z barmanů, zná své podnikání! Lahodné nápoje, vynikající služby a rady, jak připravovat a pít koktejly, které podává. Udělal náš výlet neobyčejně skvělým a ještě příjemnějším. Jedinou chybou, kterou jsme udělali, bylo to, že jsme zapomněli pravidelně používat krém proti slunci. : D

Tam je daleko lepší místa k pobytu
S manželkou jsme přišli, abychom oslavili naše výročí. Během dvou hodin od příjezdu si úředník u stolu ukradl informace o kreditní kartě a začal nakupovat online pomocí mé kreditní karty. Museli jsme kartu zrušit a hlásit podvod. Řízení v podstatě nic neudělalo. Moje banka ji dokázala vysledovat zpět do počítače v hotelu.
Měli jsme apartmá s krásným výhledem. Přesto příliš mnoho, příliš mnoho věcí v místnosti nefungovalo. Měli jsme dvě koupelny, v nichž, ani toaleta nefungovala správně. Sporovač nefungoval. Trezor nefungoval. Bylo velmi jasné, že si neměli čas nebo péči, aby zajistili, že pokoje budou připraveny pro hosty.
Měli jsme apartmá s krásným výhledem. Přesto příliš mnoho, příliš mnoho věcí v místnosti nefungovalo. Měli jsme dvě koupelny, v nichž, ani toaleta nefungovala správně. Sporovač nefungoval. Trezor nefungoval. Bylo velmi jasné, že si neměli čas nebo péči, aby zajistili, že pokoje budou připraveny pro hosty.

We are very disappointed to read your review and would like to take the opportunity to respond.
We have investigated this matter as an allegation of this type is of upmost concern to us. At the hotel you made the observation regarding the charge, you were attended and listened to by the Reception Supervisor. You physically showed the Supervisor on your cell phone the bank alert for a purchase made on the internet, but did not show a receipt or a statement of account where the origin of said charge would be corroborated, be it an ATM, place, city, or from the IP address where the purchase was made. Therefore you were asked to provide more information and that we would gladly follow up. We did not receive any further information from you to allow us to check further. It appeared that the situation was not significant as was not raised as a matter of complaint by you and you checked out without raising any further comment regarding this subject.
It is important to mention that at the reception desk the data of the customer's cards is not taken to encrypt in the system, both for the charges of the stay and to open a credit voucher the transactions are done in the presence of the guest and it is the same person who enters their PIN code in the banking terminal to authorize said amounts to their card.
To also confirm, rooms are checked prior to arrival. We do not have any reports of the problems that you mention in the room - if you had spoken to Reception, we could have resolved these issues for you.
To repeat, we asked you to provide further information, proof of the charge so that we could investigate this matter and you did not provide us with any information - but then after checking out of the property you decide to post this damaging review.
