Great experience at Sina Suites Cancun-Adults
Me and my friend stayed in Sina Suites on our visit to Cancun, it's in very good location close to Hotel zone and Downtown Cancun, bus stops few minutes walk and few shops within walking distance! We had Junior suite very spacious , there's also swimming pool and restaurant on the site overlooking the Nichupte Lagoon. If you lucky you can spot crocodiles . Staff is very friendly and the owner of the place George is absolute Legend ! Our TV didn't work properly we told George and next day he turned up with brand new TV set wow And on our last day his Chef prepared traditional Mexican Pozole dish.. yummy

A nice little place as a stopover
We stayed for one night and had an apartment.
Sofa, kitchen, bathroom, and a room with 2 beds.
It should be noted that the beds are not large ;-).
The pool is very pretty.
We decided to eat at the hotel restaurant with a view of the marina. It was very good and the staff was very nice.
From the beginning, we were well received, with a complimentary drink just because we waited 5 minutes for our room. A bottle of water for each person and the possibility to refill them as needed :)

Outdated and not maintained for years
The rooms were very outdated, everything was worn off, not maintained or refreshed for years if not decades. For the context, the room we booked was called 'luxury' on the booking platform and we paid the same amount for it as for a new modern room in central London earlier this year. This property is definitely overpriced for what it can offer. The pool and restaurant/bar were almost empty, despite it being a high season. Also, the area did not feel safe for us to walk at night. The residential street that this hotel is on is away from the main road, and very dark after sunset. We saw police cars parked by one of the houses in the neighbourhood, not sure what happened, but we didn't want to risk and drove to the restaurant instead. At least the parking was free (although there were only ~10 spaces available in total). Oh and to finish it all, the maintenance guy started mowing the lawn early in the morning of the day we checked out. We could not wait to get out of there, it was depressing.
The only nice thing was the receptionists, they were very polite and nice.

Sina Suites was the best possible choice I could have made for staying in Cancun. What a beautiful family-owned property. Immaculate check-in, quiet and beautiful neighborhood near the bus and ten minutes walk from the most beautiful beach, a beautiful view of the lagoon, friendly staff and great breakfast seating area with a view. The bed in my absolutely huge suite was comfortable and clean with a great kitchen and only a few minutes to walk to the store to stock up.

Honestly this was one of the loveliest places I stayed in Mexico. I’d been at another hotel in the Hotel Zone and was close to staying there but I’m so glad I didn’t. Compared to the other properties Sina was charming, well maintained, clean and positioned perfectly for a short walk into the chaos. I thought I might miss the ocean but the lagoon was just as nice to have lapping away nearby.
I instantly felt welcomed and at home when I arrived. All the staff were friendly and helpful and had a spark in their eye that has been lacking at other places. Very lacking.
I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend it to others.
