Review of receptionist care Cesar Torres

Excellent attention from the receptionist Cesar Torres, gave us all the information in detail and as we arrived for our honeymoon, he did us the courtesy of changing rooms, as we had a standard and provided us with one of the best rooms in the hotel, which has a balcony and is much more spacious!! We leave happy for your excellent care and hospitality

Very nice, highly recommended

Very nice. Transport to get around is easily accessible. The breakfast was good. There should be blinds in the breakfast area windows because the sun shines in making it hot and limiting where to sit.
The pools are very nice, warm. There's a nice gym.

A good international hotel in Cancun downtown

Wyndham Garden Cancun Downtown is located along Av. Tulum (route 307), a major thoroughfare in Cancun downtown. It is not in the downtown core, though there is a 7-11 and a few sit-down eateries within walking distance. You can easily reach other places via Didi/Uber.
We got a king room at Wyndham Garden. The room is of decent size, with a king bed, a sofa, a writing desk, a clean bathroom with shower of good water pressure. The room has a balcony overlooking the city. The hotel also has an exercise room in the 1st floor with a treadmill, a stationary bike, a weight lifting machine and a water machine. There is a rooftop balcony that you can walk around that is overseeing the city.
The hotel provides daily breakfast buffet (included in our booking), which includes a good international/Mexico selection, such as fried zucchini, eggs, tortilla chips, ham, cheese, hard boiled eggs, cut fruit (honey dews, honey melons, water melons, bananas), coffee, fruit juice. The breakfast is of basic quality. The restaurant also has an evening buffet at 220 pesos per person.
Overall, this is a fair quality budget hotel to be used as a base to explore the surrounding area of Cancun.

Clean room and polite/friendly staff. Stayed one night for business. the Americas mall is a short walk and Puerto Cancun with shops and restaurants on the marina is a short uber ride. The air conditioning worked wonderfully.
