Refund was not done for one night

I booked for two nights. July4 to july6th 2023. However, I was not sure if I would stay the second night. I informed reservations on time as at least it has to be 3 days in advance in order to get whole refund or cabcelation. I only asked to cancel and give me only one night so I could get a refund. Mr. Jose from reservations informed that it had been changed and then one night would be refunded. Therefore, I should be receiving in the same card that i put to make the reservation $549.99 mexican pesos ( june 30th 2023) I have been asking José for my refund . He told that they notice the rate was not refundable, which by the way had never been informed and it did not say it in the reservation. I told him that it was not my fault since it was not informed and he promised in june 30th that I would be refunded, until now August 25th 2023 I am still waiting for the refund of one night that was supposed to be cancelled on time. It is not about the money, it is about the prínciple, about the fact that reservation`s team has to inform correctly when they booked and when they cancel. I am not trying to the get something for free as i only stayed one night instead of 2 nights, i informed on time and i am supposed to receive the refund for one night, I am not talking about the recepcionists, the team in the hotel, the location all of them are fanstatic, they do a great job, the hotel is in a great location. The only problem is reservations, José has not done anything about my refund for one night, he was supposed to do since june 30th. I am still waiting for $549.99 mexican pesos.

No towels, blankets, receptionist said they were washing them, she will take them later and never did

Too much noise, hotel need windows to prevent noise from outside, some of the staff were ok ,but cleanliness of the room super great,need more towels we were 3adults and they only have 2 towels!!

I had requested a 2 bed room, I arrived to the Hotel and I was given a single bed . Told front desk about it and she said if you want a double bed you need to pay more for it . To mention I have a disable kid that needs a bed for herself . Had to pay the extra and I had to request a receipt twice because she stated she had cash out and she could not give me a receipt. Front desk not helpful very unfriendly.

They're friendly, however, housekeeping is poor, i didn't get my room clean till the third day
