Excellent location for our first visit to beautiful Guadalajara! We didn't realize the FIFA Fan Fest was taking place right outside our balcony, so we got to experience the excitement and celebrations throughout the day. It was a fun surprise.
Walking around downtown felt very safe because there was plenty of security. We loved visiting the Cathedral and exploring the beautiful historic and architectural landmarks that Guadalajara has to offer.
The staff, especially the ladies at the front desk, were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They were always willing to help and did their best to make our stay comfortable.
Our room was small but clean. The air conditioning worked well, and the housekeeping staff was kind and helpful.
Breakfast was simple, with bread, coffee, cereal, eggs, and enchiladas. The only area that could be improved is the enchilada sauce, which could use a little more flavor.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily return.

Historic Center

I stayed for only 3 days, but the experience was excellent. I loved the hotel and the location was perfect, as it was only two blocks from the Fan Fest entrance, which made everything much more comfortable and special.
I want to especially highlight the staff's service. Even though I checked out at dawn, they were very kind and attentive: they accompanied me until I was able to take a taxi, since several streets were closed due to the Fan Fest and cars did not have direct access to the hotel.
I felt very well taken care of and accompanied at all times. Without a doubt, it was a very nice stay and I would choose them again.

The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel also offers luggage storage if you arrive early before check-in, which was very convenient.
The room was very clean and was cleaned daily during our stay. The hotel provides shampoo and liquid body soap, which was a nice touch.
The continental breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from each morning. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is nothing like pictured in photos. The only thing good about room was the cathedral view.
Left immediately after check-in and went to another hotel.

Check i easy and fast breakfast better tha the usual breakfast the staff was good and helpful the room was clean
