Affordable, clean and comfortable short stay

I headed to Ibadan for a quick weekend visit and stayed at this hotel which was clean, comfortable and convenient. Note: Your booking comes with a breakfast for 1 person so a second person has to pay for their breakfast.

Simple, basic hotel

I wanted to give it 2 star based on my experience with booking the hotel on line. Payment was instantly confirmed by Paystack, the hotel's payment platform. However, the hotel desk cannot confirm payment even after 6 days of payment. I had to call the hotel directly because I was apprehensive the status of the booking because I was traveling from a far place to Ibadan and didn't want to get stranded.
I was only called on the day of my arrival that my reservation not even booking was confirmed.
On a positive side, I was given early check in because I needed time to freshen up and change my dress. Internet is free but for only one device except you request for additional connection to other devices.
Room decor and ambience is average for an avid traveler like me.
There is no provision for tea or coffee in the room. No safe in the room. The hotel has no bar, no gym and no swimming pool.
Check out was flawless. Staff were friendly and courteous.
Please note that their POS machine is unreliable. Be ready to pay cash for anything in the hotel. I didn't ask if they accept bank transfers

Pleasant stay

I stayed and this hotel for 2 nights and it was a pleasant stay. Room was clean and spacious, room service and the overall service from staff was excellent. My only suggestion for improvement is that the bathroom tiles could do with some new grouting just to make its look newer, bathroom was clean.

a simple hotel

This is a very simple hotel. Friends had booked it for me for a one-night stay in Ibadan. It was conveniently located, not far from the center of the city. It is back off the road and therefore very quiet. The rooms were very clean and simple. The AC worked well. Internet was decent. Breakfast in the restaurant was ok. The staff was extremely courteous.

Basic, clean hotel, would stay again

Everything very clean, but basic. Don't expect anything but soap & towel to be provided in the bathroom. Aircon effective, beds have differing mattresses, don't have room 123 unless you want an orthopedic hard bed. The menu was varied, largely local in flavour, and always an event as you were never quite sure what would actually be available. Joloffe rice always a winner if you can take the heat - or the pepper soup (mild spice was pretty hot for me), Wifi available - no bar which is a problem if security arrangements limit movement into the city.
