PERFECT:)

Stayed for 3 nights for our wedding anniversary. We spent months searching for the perfect hotel and we were not disappointed. The staff were all exceptional and nothing too much trouble. The room had everything you needed, air con was very welcome as it was hot and the view incredible. Very comfy bed and the bath in the middle of the room really was a feature.
5ish min walk (depends how quick you walk) to the train station.

Lovely hotel

We stayed here May 2026 and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The Hendrick is a lovely hotel, small but with everything you need. From the very friendly, helpful staff, to a lovely room and good location, we were very happy.
We travelled by Europe star so the hotels location 10 minutes walk to the station was ideal for us. We would definitely stay again.

Boutique hotel

Fantastic hotel
Really helpful staff who were great
Our room was clean and stylish
Bathroom was modern and had a great shower
Location of hotel was handy for central station which was about a 10 minute walk
Cost of hotel was very high but I think that was because it was F1 weekend
Would definitely stay again if we return to Amsterdam

Great hotel and location

I can't give a better recommendation than to say that when we next go to Amsterdam, I will be trying to book another stay at this hotel.
It's a fantastic small boutique hotel situated in a great location just slightly away from the main busy area of Amsterdam but within a short 10-15 minute walking distance. It was also a short easy walk with suitcases from Amsterdam Centraal Station.
We stayed in the semi-basement bedroom for our family of 4 people and the room size was fantastic, extremely clean and with all the amenities you could need. We included breakfast which gave us a choice off of a menu, alongside cold and hot buffet options which was a really good quality breakfast for starting the day.
Our stay also included a welcome drink in the small seating area within the reception which doubles as the breakfast seating. The decor and atmosphere in this part of the hotel was great, nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam.
It was a change for us to stay at such a small friendly boutique hotel which had such great and attentive staff which made our stay so special.
Overall the stay exceeded our expectations - perhaps a little more expensive than our usual stays in chain hotels - but such a contrast and most definitely worth it.
Just need to decide when we can return.
