Dobré umístění, ale přinést kondicionér
Tento hotel je v dobré loaction a lehké elektrické skútry na vstupu vás nutí považovat to za velkorysé, ale šampon byl velmi tenký, přišroubovaný ke zdi a bez kondicionéru. Ne konec světa, ale kondicionér by to posunul z dobrého na vynikající.

Nepříjemná postel a špatné služby
Z tohoto místa jsem byl opravdu šokován. Opravdu jsem potřeboval pěkný pokoj, abych udělal dobrý dojem na některé VIPS a toto NENÍ to místo. Absence jakéhokoli druhu empatie ze strany personálu byla šokující a polyesterová podestýlka stačila k úplnému selhání.

Skvělý hotel
Tento hotel má vynikající polohu, má dobrou polohu pro restaurace a nakupování, s Lijnbaanem velmi blízko. Všichni zaměstnanci byli přátelští a ochotní. Koncept „Foodmarket“ funguje dobře. Všechny 3 pokoje, které jsme měli, byly velmi prostorné a velmi pohodlné. Snadná dostupnost na tramvaj a metro. Centraal nádraží jen 6 minut chůze od hotelu.

Poloha je všechno!
Tento nedávno postavený hotel se nachází v centru města a je vynikající pro ty, kteří chtějí chodit po Rotterdamu. Pokoje jsou moderní, dobře vybavené, čisté a funkční. Koupelna je pěkná, ale trochu tmavá kvůli tmavým obkladům na stěnách a podlaze a nedostatečnému osvětlení. K dispozici je kosmetické zrcátko, ale stojící na stole umyvadla, abyste jej mohli používat, musíte klečet. Pro líčení nebo holení na holení je třeba kvůli nedostatečnému osvětlení jít do ložnice. Velmi dobrá procházka - ve sprše.
Služba na recepci je profesionální a přátelská. Služba ve snídaňové místnosti neexistuje, protože funguje jako samoobslužný supermarket s nepřetržitým provozem, kde musíte místo nabíjení do místnosti naskenovat vše, co chcete, a platit kreditní kartou. Levnější než většina hotelových snídaní, ale před manipulací s obsluhou skeneru a terminálu karty se musíte obtěžovat. Jediná dobrá věc je, že je otevřena 24/7, takže si můžete vzít láhev vína nebo svačinu pozdě v noci nebo kdykoli jindy.

It is good to read that you found the rooms well equipped ,functional en also clean. I will make sure our Housekeeping department knows about this compliment! I will also let our staff at the reception know that you found them professional and friendly, that is a great compliment to receive.
I am sorry to read that you found our 24/7 foodmarket a hassle. It is a different concept from most hotels and the idea behind it is that our guests never pay too much for their breakfast and it also saves a lot of waste. From 7:00 until 11:00 we have a host available on the 2nd floor to help our guests in the foodmarket. I am happy to read that you did enjoy the foodmarket in the end for the midnight snack!

Luxusní pobyt
Tento hotel byl perfektně umístěn v blízkosti hlavního nádraží a ve všech ohledech nás opravdu zapůsobil. Nádherný výhled, přátelský personál a náš pokoj měly vše, co jsme potřebovali. Kdybych se vrátil do Rotterdamu, určitě by tu zůstal znovu!
