Beautiful, relaxing but very expensive

We stayed at Arctic Seasport in Vågsneset (near Bodø) for three nights. The place was beautiful and quiet but we were very disappointed in the accommodation. For the price we paid you would have expected free breakfast and daily room service but there was nothing. No toiletries, no tea/coffee and we had to pay extra for linen and towels. The advertised fee is not per room either - its each person so beware. We tried to back out of our booking only to be told no refund. They also expect a further fee for cleaning the room once you leave and the wi-fi is lousy. The place is 8km from the nearest shop so your own car is a must. Our rental car turned into a no show resulting in a bus plus a $NZ95 taxi ride so with no food we were facing a long walk to get groceries. One more tip. If you do decide to stay don’t have a shower too hot, or leave the door open. They have placed a smoke alarm directly above the shower which goes off with the steam. We won’t be back.

Unsuccessful stay

Place conditions not compliant with the offer. One day of rent a boat is not 24h - this is the owner view.
Very negative owner, service at a
very low level. The rules of stay are not consistent with the arrangements. I do not recommend it to anyone. Very big disappointment.

A beautiful place, however,
on the spot it turned out that it is very unpleasant service. Host negative. Hidden rules.
Unfortunately, we had to give up the same day we arrived!!!
I do not recommend!!!

Dårlig renhold og ingen synlige smitteværn tiltak

Svært varierende renhold, ingen informasjon eller synlige smitteværn tiltak. internett som fungerer svært dårlig. Ingen betjent resepsjon men stille og rolig sted med oppussede rom. Dårlig totalopplevelse og veldig fornøyd med at det bare ble en natt.

Elendig

Skriver på vegne av kollegaer som skulle bo der i to uker. Elendig service, fryktelig pris, rom ikke vasket før de kom og heller ikke vasket dagen etterpå. Dårlig Wifi, ingen TV og ikke engang et toalettpapir. De hadde en overnatting også «flyktet» de til hotell i Bodø
