A very nice and friendly hotel.
I can only recommend it from the heart.
The staff is very friendly and takes great care of the guests. Moreover, everyone here has very good English skills. In-room dining is also great when you are too tired to go out.
The food was absolutely delicious and always prepared with great dedication. Mr. Mr. Haider has done a great job here. Super friendly, open, and accommodating.
The hotel is also very clean, modern, and you can really feel the luxury service here.
You will not regret it.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at the Kempinski Muscat. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect at every step.
The quality of service is simply exceptional without a doubt the best we have ever experienced. Every member of the staff demonstrates remarkable professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail.
The spa is a true haven of peace. The treatments offered, the quality of the products, and the excellence of the care were all absolutely perfect. The food is delicious, and the service whether by the pool or in the restaurants is impeccable. We were especially touched by the many thoughtful attentions given to guests, which made the experience even more unique and memorable.
We would like to extend a very special thank you to Nada and Atena for their warm welcome, kindness, and thoughtful attentions. They truly contributed to making our stay even more special.

Booked through Qatar Airways
Can’t fault this hotel, stayed here via Qatar Airlines and nothing was too much trouble
Being an Ex GM - I know what to look for and this hotel was 5 ⭐️
Tajin Assistant Manager “Kitchen Restaurant” did a fantastic job with such a busy place - the staff worked their socks off also
Exec Chef well done to get the amount of food out on time and hot, I’m aware it’s not just you but you should be proud of the team you have
1 thing that wasn’t the best “the steam room” never seamed to get hot to sit in - gym staff don’t know how to fix it so for 5 days so far I didn’t use the steam. But the Sauna was brilliant

Amwaj is the best place for a meetup with friends!

An Unforgettable Stay – Exceptional Hospitality Ahead of Our Baby's Arrival
We reached out to the Kempinski Hotel Muscat in advance, explaining that we would be arriving very early in the morning and asking whether an early check-in might be possible, as my wife was pregnant at the time. Not only did the hotel arrange this for us, but they also prepared a lovely gift in our room waiting for our arrival — an incredible and truly touching gesture that set the tone for the entire stay.
From that moment on, everything was seamless. The instructions we received were clear and thoughtful, the service was outstanding, and the hotel itself was immaculately clean and well maintained throughout.
What stood out most was how much consideration the staff showed towards my wife given her pregnancy — small gestures that made a real difference and were deeply appreciated.
The beach experience was fantastic. Our sunbeds were prepared in by the staff, complete with towels ready and waiting. Water was always plentiful, and every so often a snack would be brought over without us even having to ask.
This was our last trip as just the two of us before welcoming our little miracle, and the Kempinski Muscat made it truly special. We can't thank the entire team enough for such a warm, attentive, and memorable stay. Highly recommended to anyone looking for genuine luxury paired with real, heartfelt hospitality.
