A wonderful hotel and completely dog-friendly.
A wonderful hotel and completely dog-friendly. We stayed with two large dogs and were absolutely delighted with the service, food, attractions, and beautiful views. Our dogs were treated like guests, with bowls, beds, and gifts waiting in the room. We will definitely return to Elements Hotel & Spa.

Horrible experience
I wish read the reviews before booking this definitely not 5 stars hotel!
I very rarely leave negative reviews however, after our experience here, I feel it is important to share our feedback so that other families can make an informed decision before booking.
We booked the room for 2 adults and 2 kids but it had only been prepared for two adults. We have contacted reception to let them know, they have send bedding and left it on sofa for us to prepare the bed ourselves, then we had to request basic items like towels, robes, slippers.
There was no air condition so we had our widows open but other people in the hotel were smoking cigarettes and weed so it wasn’t pleasant.
The drinks at the bar were very low standard as they were very busy and making them fast. So I decided to buy drinks at local shops and make them my self but needed ice cubes. There is no 1 ice machine in whole resort. I was told that I can get ice cubes in the bar but there is only 1 bar and the queues were very long. I got it eventually but…
But the worst WORST was the organisation of the restaurant and food areas.
Both breakfast and dinner have been extremely chaotic. There are queues, congestion and people moving in different directions, with a general lack of organisation around the food service. What should be a relaxed part of a family holiday instead became a stressful experience. Even the staff members were swearing.
We appreciate that this is a large family resort and that busy periods can be challenging. However, given the size of the hotel and the way it is presented as a high quality family resort, we expected a significantly better level of organisation and service.I have emailed them but did not get any response.
Unfortunately, there have simply been too many issues for us to feel that the hotel provides the standard we expected.
I would encourage anyone considering booking Elements Hotel & Spa, particularly families, to read the reviews carefully and consider whether this hotel is the right choice for them.

Nice facility and good breakfast, but cleanliness and organization with distinct flaws
Located in a beautiful complex with great views. I would like to emphasize the breakfast especially positively – very delicious, with abundant selection and fresh products.
Unfortunately, there were also some points that clouded our stay. The water in the shower was constantly fluctuating in temperature, which was quite uncomfortable. In addition, the room cleaning was not particularly thorough – behind the curtain, for example, was an old wine bottle from the previous guest. Even the organization at breakfast was rather chaotic, with long waiting times and sometimes overwhelmed staff.
We were there with our baby and had hoped to make some use of the spa area. Unfortunately, this was hardly possible, as it was far too small and crowded. If it had been quieter, children were no longer allowed in at this time (from 8:30 p.m.) – so rather unsuitable for families with small children.
Overall a nice hotel with potential, but there is still significant room for improvement in cleanliness, organization and family friendliness.

Catastrophic communication.
Communication with the hotel was unfortunately God's complete disaster.
Starting from reception to check-out.
Staff partly unfriendly, buckish, and then felt annoyed, although we remained completely calm and friendly.
Customer orientation is different. Handling as in a backyard workshop, but not as in a hotel.

Not for 5 stars
The hotel is modern, clean, and beautifully furnished. The rooms are cozy and pet-friendly — everything was prepared for our dog. Our accommodation near the reception, with a balcony and access to the wellness area, was convenient.
Unfortunately, the overall atmosphere of the hotel feels quite cramped. Our room was next to the corridor, and we could hear noise and doors slamming — the bed would even shake because of it. The wellness area is very small, with no sauna sheets, very few loungers, and a smelly hot tub. The Smart TV couldn’t connect to the internet, and the coffee at breakfast was weak, although the food selection was generous.
Parking is paid and insufficient — we had to park on an unguarded gravel lot a short walk from the hotel. There was also no hotel porter, which should be a basic standard for a 5★ hotel.
The hotel has potential, but unfortunately, the services and comfort do not match five-star standards. We definitely won’t be returning and will choose a competing hotel next time with a better environment and services.
