A very restful hotel

This was our first stay at this hotel and hopefully it won't be the last! Located in a green leafy part in a quiet residential area but with a reasonable public transport connection to the centre of Warsaw the hotel proved to be quite a gem. Spacious rooms, very good bathroom, lovely towels plus other unexpected amenities such as an ironing board and a communal fridge - both located on the landing. We did not sample the hotel's hearty buffet breakfast but it looked full of very tempting and tasty looking items. Since it was very hot the complimentary bottled water at the reception was most welcome. The staff were very professinal and helpful and so I would like to thank everybody for enablig us to have a very relaxing time.

Levné, ale nedostatečné kvality

Byla bych raději dražší hotel s bohatou snídaní a pohodlnějšími postelemi. Hotel vypadá, že byl přestavěn, ale tenké stěny nezabránily tomu, aby hluk a teplo přicházely přes nás do našeho pokoje.
Pokud navštívíte Varšavu v létě, není to dobrá volba, protože nemá klimatizaci.
Poznámka: koberce jsou smradlavé.

It could have been better!

Small hotel in a peripheral area but the center can be easily reached by bus and metro nearby. Staff quite friendly and especially the free private parking. The room is small but clean but is only made up on request so if you don't ask no one will enter the room. But the UNQUALIFIABLE thing is the bed with a terrible mattress whose springs you could feel as soon as you leaned on it and with a sheet just placed on top. I would say that in terms of comfort we are not there!

Complete lack of hospitatlity and emhathy

Extremely impolite staff. Our room was refused without any emotions because of incorrect number of guests in reservation. While we canceled reservation, they did not even allow my child to visit WC, we kindly asked for such an opportunity since we did not know when we will find new hotel (after 7 hours of driving from another country)!! Staff did refuse allow to make new reservation by adding additional room. Families with children, please stay away from this hotel!!!

Un hôtel très accueillant

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel en juillet 2022. C'est un petit hôtel très accueillant, bon rapport qualité prix. L'endroit n'est pas tout à fait calme, même si l'hôtel est loin du centre ville, mais la rue à côté est assez bruyante dans la journée. Les lits n'étaient pas super confortables (matelas à ressorts), mais dans l'ensemble nous avons été satisfaits, le personnel étant très aimable et serviable. Le petit déjeuner copieux et varié servi dans une jolie salle.
