Great hotel for exploring Lisbon.
Lovely new hotel, spacious room laid out really well with a huge bed and brilliant air con (needed in the heat!) breakfast was plentiful with all the options you would expect and the staff were polite and attentive with orange juice and coffee.
No outside noise from the room and location was great. The wife and I tended to walk from the hotel and meander through Lisbon then after our legs could take no more get a cheap Bolt back to the hotel.
All the staff were friendly, polite and attentive, would highly recommend.

THEFT OF 3 BRAZILIAN PASSPORTS IN HOTEL ROOM
FURTO PASSAPORTE IN THE ROOM OF HOTEL OLIVIA Lisboa Hotel Collection. At check-in, I chose to keep my passports — my own, my mother’s and my daughter’s — in an internal luggage compartment, closed inside the room, in view of the absolute security conditions required for a hotel unit like the Olívia Lisboa Hotel
Collection. On May 14, when I was packing my bags for check-out, I found that the three documents had been stolen. The incident necessarily occurred between 12 and 13 May 2026. I had a loss of 16,000 reais in the purchase of new tickets and one more day of accommodation.
I immediately communicated the incident to concierge Felipe, who only knew how to apologize and did nothing.
In a face-to-face conversation with the General Manager of the Hotel, Mr. Paul
Ferreira, was offered only a discount on the extra daily, which I am grateful but consider the absolute minimum required in the face of the direct responsibility of the Hotel in the occurred. Nevertheless, I reiterate that such a measure is clearly insufficient given the gravity and consequences of the damage suffered.
The hotel is not safe and is not responsible for anything!!!

Worth the cost-benefit
This newly opened hotel, although still requiring some adjustments, is very comfortable, well located and has a very friendly staff! The breakfast is also very good!

Recently opened - already good and it is supposed to get even better - gym, spa, and possibly a pool and rooftop bar.
Very new hotel. Reception was top-notch Carlos, Diogo, Manuella - all including other colleagues were very nice and helpful. Rooms were excellent, service was amazing, the only thing that was a bit different was the sink drainage - separate toilet was great - a bathtub was not necessary. Rooms well shielded and quiet - location good for Lisbon - everything is easily reachable with Bolt. Breakfast was also great - everything is made possible upon request. TOP. We were very satisfied - yes, the staff in the breakfast area could improve their English skills in part. We definitely recommend the hotel. Thank you.

Excellent Hotel in Lisbon - Olivia Lisboa Hotel
This hotel was superb! The staff was extraordinary and very accommodating. Every part of the hotel was clean and well-kept. Our room was comfortable and well-organized. We liked the placement of the sink, toilet, and shower. The shower design and water pressure were excellent. The bedding was very clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast was good, with several options and attentive servers. There were a plethora of metro transportation options near the hotel as well. Security was good with someone at the door 24/7 and key-controlled elevators. The hotel is located about 10-15 minutes from the main square. Overall, it was an excellent price and value for money; must try when visiting Lisbon.
