Serious support to improve

Positive - Space, comfort, location, what you have at your disposal
Negative - which stains the evaluation and puts in doubt a proximity (I have stayed there 3 times) and no doubt the support service provided.
To get a bill (legally mandatory) and a nightmare. Various are the necessary insistences. Various excuses presented but what is right and that take a long time.
From one of the times despite having indicated very well the reception time (10h-20h) when I went to make the check-in no one was there and neither answer gave whatsapp available. So much later they came in contact. Of course at that time I was no longer there.
At least a lot, but indeed a lot to improve in the support service.
Of course I make serious reservations to stay again in these apartments, which, frankly, is a pity.

It has very good insulation to external noise.

If I could I'd give a "12" in the overall score. Modern facilities and equipment. Excellent attention from the staff (Special thanks to Emily). The apartment is "12" in everything. Located 6 minutes walk from the Areeito metro on the Blue Line and 5 minutes walk from the Campo Pequeño metro on the Yellow Line, which also has a very complete and modern shopping center under a bullring, impressive and beautiful.
We make getaways often and always look for aparthotels, these are by far the best (Perhaps the best) of those we have been.
We drove from Madrid, put it in the parking lot of the apartment and forgot the car until we left Lisbon.

Excellent. We'll repeat.

Excellent stay. Clean and comfortable. Good views. The best, without a doubt, the attention of Marcos and Victoria in reception who guided us, advised and even helped us with the management when they blocked our car with a trap accompanying us at all times Victoria. After the incident, we were offered parking at the hotel that night.
