Amazing stay!
We had a brief but GREAT stay here. Upon our arrival, we were very kindly upgraded to a family suite which was huge and amazing for our family's needs. The room was clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, and the location was great to go between historical Lisbon and the airport. Would definitely stay here again and would wholeheartedly recommend to others. Obrigada!

Overall the staff were excellent. The property is in a very good location near tourist attractions and the shopping centre is near by and the train station.
The Oliver restaurant is good, however very expensive compared to the shopping centre. Personally I would stick to the shopping centre for meals and just a one off dine at the Oliver restaurant if you want to save money.
The only negative about this property are the lifts, especially in the morning breakfast times and when customers are checking out. There are huge queues and waiting time for the only 3 lifts. The lifts are small and it takes ages just to get to the lobby from the floors above and vice versa. At times the middle lift gets locked out by staff due to services which causes more crowds for the lifts. I am guessing the highest floor you are at, the more chance you have for an empty lift going down.
My opinion is that either new lifts should be invested in or the current lifts should be modified to be a little quicker.

I wanted to say that our stay was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond. It was my daughter’s Birthday and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. We had dinner at the Portuguese restaurant and the food and staff were amazing! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Lisbon.

I recommend!
Great hotel! Very good location, especially for a stopover or a long connection. Very close to Vasco da Gama Shopping, Parque das Nações, and Oriente Station (train and subway). The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The employees are kind and polite. If possible, get a room on a high floor with a view of Parque das Nações and the Vasco da Gama Bridge.

Tivoli Hotel: courtesy is at home
A truly pleasant stay at the Hotel Tivoli Oriente. The location is slightly set back from the historic center of Lisbon, but the proximity to the Oriente Station makes travel very convenient and connections excellent.
The Parque das Nações area is simply splendid: modern, well-kept, full of art installations, water features, and beautiful spaces along the riverfront, with many places to stop and eat. The proximity to the Lisbon Oceanarium is also very convenient.
A special note of merit goes to the staff, who are always kind, helpful, and highly professional. The level of cleanliness is also excellent, truly impeccable.
A hotel that I recommend without hesitation: excellent property, strategic location, and a pleasant environment that made our stay in Lisbon even better.
