Lyže
Velmi pěkný a moderní hotel v těsné blízkosti gondoly, což není v Rakousko moc obvyklé. Výborný wellness a sauna. Parkoviště zdarma- podzemní garáže. Wi-fi super všude včetně gondoly. Jídlo super...
Jediné, ale pro nás dost podstatné byly sjezdovky... Za posledních pět let, jsem nezažil hůře upravené sjezdovky, než tady.
Je to velká škoda, ale např. s Kronplatz se to nedá vůbec srovnávat. Dokonce i Špičák na Šumavě je lépe upravován, jak tady.
Takže hotel OK, ale sjezdovky K.O.
Jediné, ale pro nás dost podstatné byly sjezdovky... Za posledních pět let, jsem nezažil hůře upravené sjezdovky, než tady.
Je to velká škoda, ale např. s Kronplatz se to nedá vůbec srovnávat. Dokonce i Špičák na Šumavě je lépe upravován, jak tady.
Takže hotel OK, ale sjezdovky K.O.

Velké zklamání
Za prvé, dávám tomuto hotelu 2 hvězdičky, protože jsme očekávali více za tuto hodnotu peněz. Na začátku cesty jsem byl více než šokován zaměstnanci hotelu. Nebyli ochotni pomoci, byli nezkušení a nedali nám dostatek informací o hotelu. Vyhrazili jsme 2 pokoje, ale byli jsme ve zcela odlišných budovách. Jedna z pokojů byla připravena a druhá nebyla, takže jsme museli nějakou dobu být všichni spolu. Myslel jsem, že to není problém, ale když jsem viděl tu malou místnost, byl jsem vyděšený. Snažil jsem se připojit k wi - fi a udělal test. Zmínili jste, že hotel má rychlé a snadné připojení k internetu, ale já jsem ani nemohl sledovat živý přenos bez zaostávání.
Za druhé, když jsme se vrátili z lyžování, v místnosti jsme nenašli župan a bylo nám řečeno, že za ně musíme zaplatit (6 eur). Jsem si jist, že to není moc, ale za co platí host? V životě jsem nic takového nezažil. Pak jsme přišli k bazénu a po 10 minutách to bylo víc než přeplněné dětmi, které uvnitř křičely a skákaly. Myslel jsem, že bychom si měli odpočinout, ale pravděpodobně vytvořili tento bazén pouze pro děti.
Zatřetí je více než zřejmé, že tento hotel byl postaven z kontejnerů. Jak se to může odvážit někdo a má odvahu požádat o spoustu peněz? Doslova jsem slyšel mluvit někoho z našich sousedů. Takže jsme v podstatě platili pouze za spaní. Kromě toho můžete vidět, jak nízké jsou budovy, když se podíváte na každou chodbu, protože uvnitř je zima, takže se při každém opuštění místnosti připravte na vhodné oblékání.
Poslední negativní zkušenost, kterou bych zmínil, jsou ty logické dveře každých 5 metrů ve všech budovách. Rozuměl jsem, že je to z bezpečnostních důvodů, ale nedává to žádný smysl. Kartu musíte použít každých pár sekund před vstupem do svého pokoje a když se přestěhujete po kontrole - budete hodně bojovat, protože musíte znovu a znovu otevírat všechny dveře.
Na druhou stranu jsem byl více než šťastný s velkými televizory a spoustou programů. Pokoje byly moderní a balkony dostatečně velké. Kavárna byla krásná s pěknými židlemi a velkým krbem. Lyžařská místnost byla v pořádku a bylo tam dost místa pro vybavení a boty. Wellness a sauny byly opravdu pěkné a relaxační, ale stále nechápou jejich místo. Jsou příliš daleko od bazénu.
Závěrem tento hotel nedoporučuji, ale doufám, že se v budoucnu zlepší. Přeji vám hodně štěstí a možná se někdy vrátíme!

First of all we want to point out that you originally booked a non-refundable rate for a stay end of January. Afterwards you informed us that you are not able to keep these travel dates. Therefore we offered you to transfer your booking to a period in February - completely free of charge. You stayed with us in the absolute high season for your original price from January which means that you saved EUR 728.00.
Your reservation was made for 2 persons for 2 rooms single use, finally you arrived with 4 persons without informing us in advance.
Since you made a quite spontaneous rebooking and our hotel was fully booked on your final travel dates, it was not possible to accommodate you in 2 rooms right next to each other but you were still in the same lodge building.
Our official check-in time is 3PM. You arrived around noon and we enabled you to get one of the 2 rooms right away, the second room was available from our official check-in time at 3PM. Most of our guests appreciate when it comes to an earlier check-in free of charge and are not complaining why not every room is ready yet.
As you can see, we made a lot of efforts to make your stay convenient for all of you - even for 2 persons you did not book for.
Our staff is mostly described as very friendly, polite, competent and always willing to help.
You seemed very stressed, short of time and impatient at your arrival so our front desk team did not want to stop you any longer.
Our hotel was built with a new type of modular construction from local woods and has therefore caused a sensation in many journals and trade papers. This fact is not a secret and many people like the design and the atmosphere within the hotel grounds.
The Tirol Lodge is deliberately not a categorized spa or wellness hotel, we only orientate ourselves to some standards of the 4-star category.
We offer everything you need, without excess and are the ideal accommodation for our main target group, the active vacationer and outdoor fan.
The cut of our rooms and suites is compact, the design simple. The size and equipment is clearly visible on our website and is clearly shown with photo and video material.
Our guest enjoys an absolute prime location directly at the Hartkaiser gondola lift with ski slope. We guarantee maximum ski in ski out pleasure from the first to the last minute. The following services are included in the overnight price of our guests: Use of our "Schwitz & Chill" panoramic sauna, use of the "Badl" with heated outdoor pool, free WIFI, free ski + sports depot, free car parking in the underground parking, Nespresso machines in all rooms with daily capsule refill free of charge, live music in the hotel bar twice a week, ski safari with free ski guiding once a week and much more.
In our opinion, our prices have been calculated absolutely fair and are common for the region.
Since our house was built from wood, we have the highest security level for fire protection. A few of these doors can also be used to expand our standard room categories into bigger Family Suites and connect these rooms.
Our heated outdoor pool is an additional service free of charge. We assume that our guests behave appropriately in this area and expect parents to supervise their children accordingly. We would have been happy if you would have visited us at the front desk to inform us about this situation so we could have been able to react right on site.
We are happy that you enjoyed the time in our hotel bar and you felt comfortable with the design of the "Lieblingsplatzl".

Více dobré než špatné
Stylová novostavba hned vedle stanice výtahu. Účinně lyžujte a lyžujte. Efektivní, ale mírně malé pokoje s rakouskými dvojčaty; 2 matrace, ale na stejném rámu. Útulný! Naše pokoje byly naproti Ellmaur Hex, oblíbený apres kloub (nad recepcí v hlavním bloku) a hluk byl problém, a to jak z baru, tak ze zasněžování JCB na parkovišti mezi hotelem a Hex v malé malé hodin. Upřímně řečeno trochu bolesti. Jídlo je dobré; ať už si vyberete restauraci nebo salonek (pizzy a malé občerstvení), je to chutné a dobře připravené. Uvědomuji si, že to říkali i jiní, ale musím zdůraznit, že kajuty jsou mimořádně špatně vybavené. K dispozici jsou 2. Oba jsou FAR příliš malí na to, aby je používali čísla, s velmi malým prostorem pro sezení a bez skříňky. Mimořádná volba designu! Bazén a sauna jsou pěkné a personál, který pracoval v salonku / recepci, byl příjemný.
Vrátil bych se? Kdybych se pravděpodobně vrátil do Ellmau, ale ve skutečnosti pochybuji, že bych se do Ellmau vrátil na lyžích jednoduše proto, že to není nejvhodnější místo, ze kterého lyžovat Ski Welt. Jednoho dne jsme například šli do Kitzbuhelu. Po nástupu na 8 hodin jsme měli celý den přestávku 45 minut. Jsme rychlá skupina a my bychom se vrátili (spravedlivě), zablokovali by chybu při čtení mapy, ale to bylo pořád s taxíkem mezi Kitzbuhelem a Brixenem na zpáteční cestě. Je to velmi dlouhá cesta. Je čas na lyžování na Hahnenkammu a návrat. Pokud chcete prozkoumat obě oblasti, základna v Brixenu nebo možná Soll by fungovala lépe. Dejte si pozor, Ski Welt je velmi špatně podepsaný a mapa sjezdovek je místy beznadějná.

There are a few apres ski bars located nearby which is very popular with most guests. Due to our location right at the base of the cable car we offer pure ski in ski out experience - of course tyrolean coziness and the obligatory apres ski should not be missing.
We provide 3 ski depots in our hotel, if more space is needed, our guests are more than welcome to rent a ski depot right next door at Intersport Winkler.
Apart from the fact that the facilities of the ski area are not matter of our hotel business, the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental is one of the biggest connected ski resorts in the world with more than 1,200 signs - with the intent to not to overload the entire area with too many signs. Basically we always get the feedback that this ski area is one of the most popular around and most people are able to orientate very well. Of course this is up to everyone's subjective opinion.
As the SkiWelt is offering more than 280 km of ski slopes and 90 cable cars & lifts, most of our guests are not skiing other ski areas, however it takes a 20 mins drive to get to Kitzbühel which is pretty close.
We are very happy that you felt comfortable with our design and enjoyed our culinary offerings in our restaurants.

Výhodná poloha, Venkovní bazén ... ale hotel nestojí za to peníze.
Snídaně není v ceně. Propagační nabídky na webu nesprávně popsané. Hotel slibuje propagaci (skipas) a neposkytuje úplné informace o tom, jak akci využít.
Žádné pokrytí mobilní sítí (telefon / internet) ve všech oblastech. Hotel nabízí vlastní síť, ale je otevřený, což znamená, že se do zařízení může dostat cizinec.
Některé pokoje v přízemí jsou přímo na parkovišti, 1 metr od auta. "Čerstvý" vzduch zaručen.
Hotel nemá na pokoji a na žádost hosta není schopen zajistit rychlovarnou konvici.
Problémy s rezervací. Mám pokoj s manželskou postelí, nikoli s oddělenými postelemi. Musím počkat jednu noc, než to napravím, protože manažer hotelu byl nedostupný.
Nekompetentní služba. V neděli není manažer - dívka na recepci se nemůže rozhodnout, jak pomoci hostovi.

Skvělé místo! Určitě se vrátím!
Jaké skvělé profesionální místo. Přátelský a podpůrný personál, opravdu pěkně postavený a vyzdobený.
S pohodlným parkovacím přístupem na Hartkaiserbahn, který vás zavede do SkiWelt, je toho málo, o co si můžete přát.
Velmi pohodlný venkovní bazén a sauna pro relaxaci po celodenním lyžování.
Večeře jednoduchá, ale jen pár minut chůze do města (nebo líná - vezměte auto).
Jedinou nevýhodou je, že SkiWelt obecně, a zejména Ellmau, je relativně nízký, takže sněhové podmínky představují riziko. Ale během našeho pobytu to bylo víc než dostačující.
Pouze pozitiva, žádné negativy. Dokud budou sněhové podmínky dobré, vrátím se pro jistotu.
S pohodlným parkovacím přístupem na Hartkaiserbahn, který vás zavede do SkiWelt, je toho málo, o co si můžete přát.
Velmi pohodlný venkovní bazén a sauna pro relaxaci po celodenním lyžování.
Večeře jednoduchá, ale jen pár minut chůze do města (nebo líná - vezměte auto).
Jedinou nevýhodou je, že SkiWelt obecně, a zejména Ellmau, je relativně nízký, takže sněhové podmínky představují riziko. Ale během našeho pobytu to bylo víc než dostačující.
Pouze pozitiva, žádné negativy. Dokud budou sněhové podmínky dobré, vrátím se pro jistotu.
