Really helpful staff with great connections to public transport. We had a great time in Vienna for Eurovision.

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and unfortunately the experience was unacceptable from the very beginning. When I entered the room, I was immediately hit by a strong and unpleasant smell. I contacted the reception and asked for a room change, but my request was refused without any real explanation.
The room was clearly not properly cleaned. There were cobwebs all over the walls. When I turned on the hairdryer, it smelled like something was burning, which felt unsafe. The lights in the room were flickering constantly. On the edges of the table and on the decorative tissue box cover, there were visible dried bodily residues, which was absolutely shocking and unhygienic.
When I turned on the air conditioning, large amounts of dust blew out directly into the room, irritating my eyes immediately. I suffer from a dust allergy, and staying in this room was almost a health hazard for me. By the morning, I woke up visibly swollen and had to spend the next day taking allergy medication and eye drops.
Regarding customer service, the situation was just as disappointing. Booking.com practically ignored my complaint and refused to treat it as an official claim, calling it only a “complaint” instead. The hotel stated in messages that they were willing to approve a refund, but only if it was processed through Booking. When I followed this process, I received just over 500 CZK back, which is not even a quarter of the total amount paid.
Overall, this was the worst trip I have ever experienced. Poor hygiene, unsafe room conditions, lack of responsibility from the hotel, and inadequate support from Booking.com. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially people with allergies or health sensitivities.

Stay away from. Construction . Noise from cleaning stuff . Not giving the right room I paid

I booked via Agoda . All the websites not saying that there is construction . I paid for superior room that mean bigger and higher floors with city view . I was given not the right room . They downgrade us not upgrade and put me in the room that was not right room . Well we have to move the next day to another room waiting for more than 24 hours someone to come and fix the noise from the a/c and all the lies from the reception no one showed up . ( excuse is one person for 4 hotels ) Next day pack , repack to move to another room that was much bigger ( the room that they did not give to us the first time and what I pay for ).I stayed in room 325 is a night mare or let say day mare . All the noise coming from the cleaning stuff and all day long from morning 8:30 am and when we are back you can’t rest 3:30 to 5:30 noise and corridor full of cleaning cards in front of of our room
On top the morning around 10 am getting ready to pack and leave very loud drilling noise from the construction . Only good was very clean rooms and location .breakfast and cleanliness not so good at breakfast restaurant

Two things stand out about the Leonardo, besides it being an excellent value and a very nice hotel. The first is the staff; they were extremely helpful and courteous. The second is the location, a short walk to the Margaretengürtel U4 station and a very pleasant walk to the Naschmarkt and the MuseumsQuartier.

Modern and functional hotel away from the center but well connected

The hotel is modern, with friendly reception staff and although away from the center, well connected by metro and tram (station about 5 minutes walk and center 3-4 stops).
Breakfast was not included, it was 18€ and we chose not to take it.
The rooms are well sized, although as a glue I would say that the pillows are uncomfortable and that the shower has no screen, so all the water comes out and the bathroom floor is soaked.
The neighborhood seems not bad, but right outside the metro station at night there are a little weird people.
