There was not an airport shuttle so I think they should take off listing. The hotel feels very outdated, 70/80s carpet in room and hallways, and not the best smell overall. The rooftop is gorgeous with 360 stunning city views of Athens. This is definitely the highlight, but the pool closed at 7pm which was a bummer and the staff was not the friendliest. Also there was no airport shuttle so hotels.com and expedia should take that off the description.

We had to wait until 4pm to have the room the day of arrival...not only any VIP service ( early check-in, room upgrade...) but not even a normal one! The rooftop pool is free just if you spend a minimum of 10€ in drinks for each person. The breakfast buffet han many options but the general quality of the food is poor. So, there are a lot of better options in Athens.

Overall was a great stay. Staff were friendly and efficient, however issues with penthouse pool sunbed reservation and charging process could be improved. This would benefit both staff and customers.

Very disappointing stay. The rooftop pool and restaurant were the main reasons we chose this hotel, but strict policies

We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Based on the description and previous reviews, we expected a much better experience.
One of the most disappointing things was that we actually wanted to spend money in the hotel, but it felt like they didn’t want our business.
The biggest issue was the rooftop restaurant. We were a group of seven and asked the restaurant manager if he could reserve a table for us by joining two tables together. He refused because one table was supposedly reserved for eight guests, even though we were only one person fewer. His attitude was rude, sarcastic, and completely unprofessional, making us feel unwelcome.
To make matters worse, we had planned to celebrate a birthday at the rooftop restaurant with our group of seven. Unfortunately, because of the manager’s attitude and unwillingness to accommodate such a simple request, we had to celebrate somewhere else. It was very disappointing, as we had been looking forward to spending that special evening at the hotel.
The rooftop pool was another major disappointment and one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Access to the pool requires an additional fee and a deposit, and the sunbeds can only be used until 7:00 PM. After that, guests are not even allowed to remain in the pool area because the restaurant takes priority. We were even told that we could not sit on the sunbeds in the evening, despite being willing to order drinks and spend money there. We found this policy completely unreasonable and unacceptable.
Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations. The service, the attitude of the staff, and the way the facilities are presented made our stay very disappointing. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel and would not choose it again.
