Luxurious hotel where the make you feel welcome

Good for a business trip. Upon arrival, I was upgraded to a large room (608) with a very comfortable bed and a separate living area. A welcome drink and chocolates were waiting. The staff is professional and courteous. I especially appreciated the fact they left a small gift in my room for my birthday. Those details do matter. There is a fridge and safe in the room. And the hotel is a cozy bar and good gym. The WiFi is dependable. The hotel is within a twenty-five minute walk from the historic centre or four stops with the bus.

Good location, helpful staff, delicious breakfast including salmon fume, satisfied airconditioning.

Beautiful hotel and great service. Nice size room, plus we got upgraded a family room for free.
Friendly staff. Location was great, near public transport

The AC in my room was not wall mounted and took up space. The rooms were a little cramped but manageable. The cleanliness of rooms can be improved and maintained better. The coffee shop lacked experienced baristas and did not order again. A nice hotel overall but room for improvement. Location is away from tourist attractions and on a main road so can be noisy.

5 Nights Bucharest

Reception fine, reception staff all equally helpful and nice.
Room (suite) large enough but with a strange layout, so there are "blind" spots, the ceiling is too low in some places. The view is fine, a busy traffic square (with chaotic traffic) and in the distance the Parliament. The room is warm, air conditioning does not work and the bathroom is in need of renovation. Housekeeping was fine!
The breakfast was not very extensive but tasty when it was fresh, however, some products on display were not. For example, on the five nights we were there, the "pastry" was only refilled once resulting in dry cake, pastries and dehydrated cupcakes. Other products were not refilled at all.
The location is 2 km outside the center but doable for us. Bucharest Mall is 2 stops away by tram or about 15 minutes walk. Tram and bus stop in front of the door. To the center (Metro) 3 or 4 stops by tram.
Ticket for public transport (Tram, Bus and Metro) costs €16.50 per person for 7 days.
4 stars because the reception staff helped us with a visit to Parliament and provided other information. Too bad there was no map of Bucharest in stock.
Hotel definitely worth it!
