Very good value

The room was very clean, with an excellent bed and good pillows. Nice & friendly staff, I had a nice stay at the hotel. The breakfast was tasty, although there was not a buffet as shown on the photos here. Parking spaces are available, although it is not so close to the center if you are on foot. An excellent experience, I would certainly go there again.

Terrible, dirty hotel to stay even 1 night

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. The hotel is old, poorly maintained and, most importantly, very dirty.
The worst issue was finding a cockroach in the bathroom. After seeing it, we decided not to stay at the hotel at all and immediately moved to another place, even though we had originally booked two nights.
The room itself was also in poor condition. The walls were dirty, the carpet was visibly unclean, and there was mold in the shower cabin. Overall, the hotel looked neglected and clearly in need of proper cleaning and maintenance.
There was also misleading information on Booking.com stating that breakfast was available. However, upon arrival, we found a notice saying that the kitchen would be closed until September, meaning breakfast was not actually available.
Another major problem was the complete lack of staff on site. We were only given a code to access our room, so there was nobody available to whom we could report the conditions or make a complaint in person.
We reported the issues and requested a resolution, but our complaint was not accepted, despite the fact that we had to leave the hotel on the very first evening, around 10 PM, because of the unacceptable conditions.
Finding a cockroach was the final straw. We strongly advise against staying here unless the hotel undergoes a thorough renovation, deep cleaning and pest control.

Not the greatest experience. Not really a 4 star hotel .

Great costumer service from front desk when they are available. Most of the time there is no staff at front desk. The phone that you suppose to call for any assistance resides behind front desk where there is no front desk clerk. Room was clean and spacious for a positive. The ac was not working, which made it hard sleeping at night. Even with the windows open was extremely hot. Shower was licking on the floor if you used the small shower head. The price was not really adequate to the quality room/service we got.

Fantastic hotel and a beautiful restaurant

Great place really friendly staff and lovely food! Staff were really helpful in guiding us to the best spots around town. Easy access to bus stops and train stations make the place perfect for traveling in and out of the city. The food is amazing and authentic. The rooms are a great size and lovely views of the surrounding city. Alex and the rest of the staff were on hand all the time to make sure our stay was a 10/10 experience. Thankyou!!

Horrible place to stay

I don’t recommend this hotel at all. It's not a 4 star hotel. There is no non-stop reception. The room was very dirty: the floors were unvacuumed and dirty, the bathroom the same, very dirty. We also found bugs in the bathroom and on the bad. we had to leave after one night (out of the three nights we initially booked) because we couldn't stay in such conditions.
