Would not recomend

Looks good from a far ... apartment needs a good schrub ... especially the shower. Sheets were ripped and there was a lot of spider webbs and dust all around.
Staff was nice.

Better off somewhere else.

We were unoleasantly surprised by the accokodation. It was a first few days of actual warmth due to a rainy May and April but still, their heating was on max so we couldn’t sleep trhough the night, AC wasn’t working, the mattress was terrible with springs pointing at our ribs, and the actual cleanliness of the apartment was low. There was schmutz on the floor and everything was full of dust. At this price in such a lovely part of Slovenia they SHOULD do better.

Not returning

Planned on staying there with my family for 4 nights. When we came there the everything was as expected and advertised. Until we stepped into our house. Cockroaches everywhere (dead and alive), he house looked like it's been cleaned in 5 min. We literally left the house in a cleaner state when we left by just brooming the floor. The upper floor hasn't seen a maid in months. Not what you expect from a 4star location. The couch and beds were putting out cracking noises every time you sat on them. By the time we left (day early) I slept only 1 night in bed because it repeatedly broke, even after they took care of it.
High price for what you get. I get the "old house" looks, that's why we went there, but it doesn't have to be actually old furniture. Not returning, nightmare stay, especially with a toddler and 3 year old at your side. For the upsides just look at their site.

disappointed

We were quite disappointed with the accommodation in Panonska vas. We travel a lot and your accommodation does not justify the price in any way.
- the air conditioning didn't work ... we warned the receptionist who repeated it to us twice that they would fix it the next day ... it didn't happen
- during heavy rain, water flows into the apartment
- the terrace does not offer any privacy because it is located opposite the reception, along the path walked by other visitors... the lawn by the pond is basically a parking lot ... and our terrace was in the middle of the parking lot, surrounded by cars ...
- untrained service staff ... we only got the utensils after the warning ... 5min after we already had everything on the table, the eggs had cooled completely

It is ok for a few days

+ close parking space
+ almost no traffic nearby
+ quiet
+ heating and cooling working very good
+ walking distance to grocery and Terme 3000
- apartment in poor shape, requiring immediate renovation
- trash bins very small, collection place 300m away
- shower cabin leaks water outside
- squeaky wooden stairs, horror for other sleeping residents at night
- smelly couch
- wooden fences rotten
- fungus on shades
