Nice Hotel. Bed could have more comfortable. Otherwise Fine. Swimming pool was smaller than expected!

Hotel older than expected but it was maintained well. Front staff was friendly but housekeeping was not great. Stayed two nights - first night there was no blanket on the beds and only a sheet. Second night a duvet was placed on our beds but not inserted into a duvet cover - the uncovered duvet went on top of our beds and then the duvet cover was just placed on top. Towels were not refreshed and I could tell sinks were not cleaned.
Location of the hotel was actually pretty far from the central area so expect lots of walking even if you plan on taking public transportation.

Mixed stay
Our stay in Granada was overall average.
The main negative point concerns the reception. We were received by Paloma, whose attitude was very unpleasant, and Alvaro did not show himself to be particularly warm. Fortunately, the rest of the staff, notably Pablo as well as the other members of the team, were professional, pleasant, and helpful.
The bedding is a real strong point: the comfort is excellent and we slept very well. The breakfast is also of very good quality, with a wide choice of products. A big thank you to the department head and his entire team for their professionalism and their efficiency.
On the other hand, the general maintenance of the hotel could be improved. The pool is much too small for the establishment's capacity, and the price of the parking reserved for guests is really high. A revision of this price would be appreciated.
The hotel's location is convenient for visiting Granada, which remains a positive point.
In summary, a decent stay thanks to the comfort of the room, the breakfast, and a large part of the staff, but the welcome upon our arrival and certain aspects of the hotel deserve to be improved.

Cordialement,
Noelia Blázquez Rodríguez

Fabulous hotel
We have enjoyed an excellent stay at the Hotel Barceló Granada Congress. We want to highlight the kindness and professionalism of all the staff, especially at the front desk, where they made us feel welcome from the first to the last moment.
We also want to thank you for the treatment received in the restaurant and during breakfast, always attentive, helpful, and with a big smile. The quality of the food and the variety of the breakfast were wonderful.
It has been a real pleasure staying here. Without a doubt, we will return in the future and will recommend it to family and friends. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay so pleasant!
