Very nice, cozy and excellent service

The BiBo is a very cozy, beautiful place with a super nice energy. From the entrance to the apartment, everything is very well kept and is really lovely. In addition, there is a beautiful waterfall that makes the atmosphere even more special.
The apartment is excellent, comfortable and visually very nice. A detail I loved: the soaps are perfect, very good and with an amazing aroma.
I don't give it 5 stars just because the second bed (the sofa bed) I found a little uncomfortable to sleep in. Still, the overall experience was very good.
And finally, a special thanks to Marta, the receptionist, who attended us with great affection, patience and kindness. Impeccable service!
Definitely a highly recommended place.

The property is situated in the hub of all the main sightseeing sights , walk out of the property door and your met with grandeour architecture . Even though they are apartments it is staffed by a receptionist from 7am -7pm , which is great in the even you have any issues .the apartment complex itself is beautiful and big. The only thing it was lacking was a washing machine , but there is a laundry around the corner so it wasn’t really an issue .

The apartment location was outstanding and the allocation of space for our family of 6 was outstanding. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well maintained!

The room is a suite with a kitchen, nice and clean, and affordable. Staff is very nice. We arrived early due to train cancellation by Renfe. We were able to store one backpack there so we could start touring the city before checking in. High-end feeling for sure. Cleaning is offered upon request, but it is not clear if they would charge for that and what is the extra to pay. So try to keep the room tidy if you want to enjoy the whole stay.

Beautiful two-bedroom apartment, very clean and within walking distance of nice restaurants, shopping options and cultural sites.
