Fantastic apartment!
We had a fantastic holiday. We were received very warmly in the evening by Nathalie who helped us with a proper parking space for our much too large car. The apartments are super clean and beautifully equipped with all comforts. Pool is lovely and view of the sea was so beautiful!

Zero service
The worst service, I got locked outside the building while my baby was up as I needed to pick up an order from downstairs and since their staff leave their desk without putting any number to call, I called the number of the hotel another lady picked up saying she can’t help now while I’ve been explaining her that I have a baby sleeping upstairs and no one to give me the key she wouldn’t care and would not come across the road to open the door for me
This place is a joke just for one night we paid 800€ and there is no service !

Very good service!! Poor wifi and lousy quality of towels
We are a couple of Argentines who stayed for the third time. Very good staff attention as always. But very bad wifi connection and very poor quality of towels. They don't live up to the price they charge. You should both correct them now!!!

Fantastic complex
I really recommend this apartment complex. The apartment was super clean, everything was there. Staff top, you only had to ask for something and it was done for you right away. Best WiFi we've ever had. We also reserved a place in the adjacent parking garage for a fee, but you could choose your own parking space and it was 10 euros per day. Beach on the doorstep and the boulevard with various restaurants. You can walk straight into Ibiza town

Bed could be a little better
More storage space in the bathroom
And a hanging system in the hall to hang your coat because we still needed a coat in the evening because it was chilly

Excellent place to stay
I stayed here with my partner last week (Sept 24) and I have to say it didn't disappoint and lived up to all the positive comments already on here!
Check in was quick and faultless and all done with a lovely smile and we were made to feel very welcome, everything was quickly explained and we were shown to our room on the 3rd floor a One Bedroom apartment with pool and partial sea view.
The room was extremely clean, modern and spacious with all the mod cons you would ever need including a large fridge/ Freezer a large screen tv with all the channels inc. Netflix, Prime and You tube, and was cleaned to a high standard daily and also boasts a very large balcony with table and chairs and superb air conditioning.
I also found the room very quiet with no noise from outside or surrounding rooms.
The hotel is literally a few steps and a quick hop onto the beautiful beach of Figueretes and surrounded by excellent places to eat and drink our favourite being Haddocks for breakfast and lunch with stunning sea views, we never used the hotel pool although it seemed not many people did as the beach is so close and there was never any rush for sunbeds should you need them.
Sun beds on the beach are 10 euros a bed or Parasol although most days we just laid on the beach.
I have to say the staff at the hotel were excellent and always very helpful with ideas of places to go and would order you a cab when needed with no problem, the shower room on leaving was also excellent and immaculately clean.
We took advantage of the beach towels, basket and parasol offer which is 50 euros for the duration on your stay which is fully refunded on leaving and you can change the towels whenever needed.
We walked into both Ibiza Town (15 mins along the beach) and Playa Den Bossa (15 mins on the road) a couple of times as easily accessible and a nice walk in the evening.
Would I stay here again, most definitely and will be back asap!
