Best Place with low price

I stayed in this Hostel for 4 days. This is not typical Hostel but I got all facilities which were available to all hostel. The host is very nice person. He help us on finding best place for visit. This hostel located in Ibiza town, all markets, public transport are walkable distance from hostel.

Terrible experience with a staff member!

We paid for and stayed in a 3 bedroom private room. The next morning we were very abruptly woken (before check out time) by an aggressive staff member claiming that we had only booked for 2 people (completely untrue!) and then demanded we give him more money. After we refused, he threatened to call the police (which we encouraged him to do) and then lied to them about the situation (as well as lying and saying that he couldn’t speak English!). We ended up having to pay extra for what was nothing more than a scam. Terrible experience. Watch out for the Argentinian man with the dreadlocks!

Warning..

Don't book this hostal. After sleeping here you might have to pay even more because of misleading info. Also when you try to reason with them they pretend to not speak english. They charged us 20 euro extra and the employee (argentinian man with dreadlocks) was very unfriendly and agressive.

Awful experience at Ceibo!!!

We arrived at the hostel quite late at night around 12pm as our flight from London had been delayed and we obviously had no way of contacting Ceibo on the plane.
When we finally arrived outside a sign in the window told us to call a number. While expecting a welcoming and friendly voice at the other end we were laughed at told to check the confirmation email that clearly states absolutely no entry after 9 or 10pm as if we were stupid. When we almost begged them that we had no where else to go with every hotel likely booked in peak season they continued to make fun of us. We even asked if it would be possible to get the 80 euros refunded but that was greeted with more mocking. Eventually they hung up the phone leaving us out on the street with just our suitcases and nowhere to stay for the night.
We’ve stayed in hostels all over the world and had a pretty good experience with nothing even close to this appalling treatment. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want to get ripped off.
You may think you’re saving money but it’s not worth the risk of this horrible experience!

Comfortable and in the centre of Eivissa

Nothing bad to say..it is in the centre of Eivissa, had 4 rooms each with dififerent numbers of beds.
It has 2 bathrooms, generally always found clean.
One one bad thing: it hasn't any common area where can stay with other guests.
