Dávejte si pozor, pokud jste s Eurocampem, výjimečně prudkým stoupáním
Kemp je umístěn na velkém kopci s Eurocampem nahoře. Bylo to 20-ti minutové strmé stoupání, abychom se dostali k naší dodávce. Bazén byl velmi malý a přeplněný. Kavárna na místě je velmi chudá, v pořádku pro nápoje a sendviče není hlavní jídla jsou zmrazené pokrmy. Mnoho výpadků napájení během dne a noci.
Kemp byl nedávno rozšířen a není jen tak rychlý se zařízeními jako ostatní Eurocamp. Žádné pracovní prádlo.
Jak říkám, jediný pozitivní je ohromující výhled.

Don't throw your money at this facility, you bad ones. Senia Group, never again
I wanted to wait a few days before writing the review to properly metabolize the catch we took.
We opted for a Glamping Safari Plus, which externally is a tent but is supported by a wooden frame. According to their website (photo attached) , this accommodation has nothing to envy to a 5-star home
Booking made at the end of January, cost about 2600 Euro for accommodation only.
As soon as we arrived we found that there was no air conditioning. The heat inside was excruciating (it was at least 45 ° C) and we pointed out to the staff that, having a pregnant wife in the sixth month it was not possible to stay with that temperature.
We asked why there was no air conditioning and the answer was "it's a tent, what did you expect?". Apart from rudeness and rudeness, if you advertise accommodation as a 5-star on the site, I expect air conditioning. Also because the structure would allow it (it is wooden).
We insisted on changing our accommodation, but the receptionist with a lot of mischievousness, and without even checking availability replied "we have no other vacant accommodation, we are complete".
We then requested a couple of fans (even those not present). They said there were shops nearby and we could go and buy them. After insisting several times they recovered a half-broken one.
Plus the accommodation was dirty, despite making us wait until 5pm for checkin because of the cleaning.
And already after this we wanted to leave but we were too tired after a 14-hour drive.
In addition to this, we add that:
- The planks of the wooden structure of the tent were made so well that from the kitchen I could see, through the bathroom and up to the room, thanks to the space that there was between one plank and the other. This also applies to the "scents" you smelled when someone was in the bathroom.
- Menefreghismo always and anyway by the staff.
- GuaguaCar: the shuttle that should transport the person from the reception to the various accommodations was broken. Given that the campsite develops in a steep climb, which is well described on the site. To overcome this problem they use golfcars for 4-6 people on which we were also in 11 (so much for security).
- Services: zero, washing machines not working for several days and never arranged
- Shop: dear, I understand that we are inside a campsite, but the prices they charge are exaggerated.
- Animation: painful, three unprepared kids who improvise animators but who have no skills for this job
- Pool: a puddle that in the morning is also pleasant, but from late morning it becomes a mixture of urine and various crap due to too many people present and the filters can not clean it
- Restaurant: on the site they say there is a restaurant, which I assume is the pool bar that also offers hot dishes. Poor quality, cleanliness even worse. Service could be improved if they didn't spend time talking to each other instead of dealing with customers.
- Rudeness, in general, from the staff to the people present who do not care about the minimum civil rules for quiet living. I repeatedly verbally resumed both adults and boys and children in the middle of the night screaming under our tent which unfortunately was near the main "square"
- Security Service: on paper present, but absolutely useless. From 24 to 07 in theory no vehicles could circulate inside the campsite. I've seen cars drive by several times at all hours of the night. Also inefficient in terms of order and security. The bar at the entrance was almost always open, basically anyone could enter without any control. I've never seen anyone enforce the rules of silence at night, with the problems outlined above. Useless!!!
The few positives:
- The sea and the beach, very nice and clean
- the proximity to places that in our opinion deserve a view. Not LLoret de Mar which in the evening above all is an assemblage of drunk kids, crooks and unsavoury people.
Too bad because the structure has good potential, too bad that those who run it do not want to exploit them. It is very scruffy and definitely not worth the price they demand.
P.s. After our stay they sent us a survey in which I expressed my thoughts, they replied that they would like to deepen what did not go well. On our own I don't want to waste any more time, they've already ruined our vacation and made us throw a lot of money.
