Excellent apartment

Spacious apartment, very central, modern, equipped with all comforts including a fridge, microwave, washing machine, with kitchen space, living room, and bedroom area. The only downside is that staying on the first floor, you can hear all the noises coming from the central streets.

Would not recommend

Unfortunately we faced disappointment with our booking. The condition of the apartment was not as advertised and we booked two nights but only stayed for one and then felt we had no other choice to pay and stay elsewhere.
Upon arrival, we found the apartment to be in a very unclean state. The shower floor tiles were visibly filthy, and there was a significant build-up of dust and hair under the bed.
The bathroom blind was not functioning at all, and due to the location of the apartment, there was almost no natural light in the bathroom or main living space. This left the apartment feeling dark and unpleasant throughout our stay.
We were also very stressed to discover that directly beneath the apartment is a venue open until 02:00. This was not mentioned in the advertisement. The noise, along with people being sick and urinating outside the window, made the environment feel unacceptable and far from what we had expected for our stay.
Furthermore, the beds were uncomfortably firm, adding to an already difficult experience.
This situation has caused us considerable disappointment as we have never had to leave early ever before.
We stayed in apartment 1A. Whilst stood in the living area, we could hear someone with extreme flatulence, as if they were in our room and whilst in bed, someone in another apartment was urinating and it genuinely sounded as if it was in the same room as us, the walls really are paper thin.
However, the check in is great, as no cards or keys to carry is a fab idea.
Overall, we would not stay here nor recommend as on pictures it looks bright and airy and some rooms might be, however ours was not at all and £250 for 2 nights is an average cost in this area, this was not worth the money in the slightest. Very disappointing.

Experience in Aquapartments Malaga

It was a dire experience. They did not explain that to access the apartment you have to climb with luggage a steep staircase and not suitable for elderly people with motor difficulties. The location of the building is above a cafeteria that operates until 2 pm and extremely noisy. Be careful.

Great location

These flats are just off one of the main shopping streets in the pedestrianised town centre so just outside the door are shops and cafes. They are a little tucked away but G maps soon found them. The entrance can get slippy in the rain as it’s a slope. There is a lift (tiny) which worked well. Entrance is by code so no need for keys. The flat itself was very well appointed and spacious. The kitchen has an oven, microwave and washing machine. Plenty of towels were provided but a tea towel would have been useful. The flat (do em bed plus double sofa bed) is ideally suited for a couple or a couple with kids as there is no door on the bedroom and the shower is next to the bed with a glass door. It has TV and air conditioning. The drains are an issue so the loo smelled really bad every day. On departure you take your rubbish out but I couldn’t find where to put it. I would definitely come again with my partner but maybe not my Dad next time!
