Nice apartment

We had the 4bed 3bath apartment. It was nice and clean. Basic but had everything we needed. Close to all the attractions, restaurants, and shops.
Only problem was the hot water for showers which was fixed quite quickly. Overall, my family had a very pleasant stay

Poor communication HomeAbout

0 communication possible with HOMEABOUT! Went without hot water all week, then they had sent someone so to speak and it was fixed when we were gone. Final score the water was still freezing cold and we sent several messages to which 0 response has been received.

Be careful, not reliable

Unpleasant treatment of the staff when booking, hidden conditions that do not appear and they say that they set the conditions they want and hide what they want, €250 deposit for only one night, abusive and hidden rental contract for only one night, located in a neighborhood dodgy, careful, unreliable, I canceled the reservation.

Unsanitary apartment

Stay in Andalusia and rental of an apartment in Malaga which did not correspond to the photos on the booking site
We rented an apartment with two bathrooms, a large terrace overlooking a living room. The apartment only had one bathroom and we had access to the terrace through a bedroom. We spent 3 hours in this apartment that booking found a solution for us, but they did nothing and hung up on us when we asked them. we called.
The rental company does not want to reimburse us
We were forced to rent a hotel room and find other accommodation for the remainder of our stay.

Small and beautiful studio where there is everything for one

I stayed in November with my furry friend near the Piazza de la Mercedes, a little out of the way but clean and well maintained. I recommend it to those with the right demands, the ladies at the reception are kind and friendly, the price is right in my opinion
