On the promenade across from Venus Beach, Apartamentos Mediterraneo offers a free Wi-Fi zone and 24-hour front desk. The air conditioned apartments have flat-screen satellite TV and a balcony with sea views. Apartamentos Mediterraneo are within 650 ft of the center of Marbella. Puerto Banús Marina and Estepona are within a 30-minute drive. Central Málaga and airport are a 45-minute drive away. Each spacious Mediterraneo apartment features tiled floors and bright, simple décor. Each apartment has a living-dining room and a bathroom with a hairdryer. Two wonderful weeks

The impressive situation. Magnificent views of the sea and the beach.
Next to the 5-star El Fuerte hotel
The apartment (10-09), perfect, new, appliances, large built-in wardrobe, sofa bed, flat TV, air conditioning, wifi.
Terrace where we ate
We spent 15 wonderful days

Lousy maintenance of the apartments and little attention from the owner

Total deseanto
Apartment 7-8 Dirty sheets, dirty old towels, dirty pillows
Dirty kitchen utensils. Dirty bathroom curtain
Terrace table as well as 2 broken chairs
After 3 days we change apartment, a little cleaner, dirty and old towels, a terrace chair with a broken leg, non centrifugal washing machine

Disappointing stay in Mediterraneo Sitges

Very disappointed with my week at Mediterraneo Sitges. Expected to spend some quality time with my adult daughters taking some sun by the pool. I was in for a shock on first day when we realised there were just 15 sun beds to service the entire complex. Not only were there no parasols available but we had to squeez our sunbeds ( if we were lucky enough to get one ) onto two designated areas of paving measuring approximately 5 metres by 5 metres. ie NOT ON THE VAST AREA OF GRASS. A gardiner constantly patrolled the gardens ensuring no guest broke the rules.
Not what I expected from my stay and I will never return to this complex.

Disgraceful handling of complaint

I arrived to these apartments on Tuesday 27th September 2022, upon arrival to my room I noticed there was a children’s pirate duvet on the bed, not the issue to be honest however fecal stains on the bed is an issue. When I reported the issue to the person at Reception to the gentleman he did not want to know and responded no complaints.Had intended to stay here for a 4 night stay and will never return. No offer of apology or room move.

Cold flat, bad attitude from one member of reception staff "Pepe"

First of all i was spoken in an abrupt manner by " Pepe".. as i would have expected instructions from the owner how too use things in her flat i asked as i did not want to break anything Pepe said anymore problems you should go to a hotel not the most welcoming person by any means infact i found him very rude...
He told me to contact the owner now i was not given any contact number or any means to contact her you would think the staff would know how to contact her. As for asking for any help forget asking Pepe as he came across not caring and certainly not helpful.
The wi fi was so so when it worked.
I was in this flat 4 days freezing as there was no heating . they got a techno guy as they addressed him he just looked at it ... also no extra blankets and the ones i had were like the towels rough...thank godness i had bought a hot water bottle this was what kept me warm .. the weather was awful in January
So no i will not come back or recommend this pace to anyone that wants a pleasant holiday.
Some of the staff were nice i liked Blanca she was friendly and the other reception staff but certainly not Pepe hes just rude ...
