Hotel with great location
Let’s get the negatives out of the way….
Room was basic with only one small wardrobe and no other storage
Only 2 sockets
Soft beds… not good if you have a bad back
Poor air conditioning
However lots of positives…..
5 minute transfer from the airport
The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to talk to you …..
Ricardo from the bar made my daughters birthday special
The drinks were good quality and the food was adequate but be disappointed if you like desserts as they were the same every day and not much choice as was the fresh fruit
Every area of the hotel is very clean
Its location is its best asset….
Beach is a 5 minute walk and you can get on the land train which is great both day and night
Local bus is only a 5 minute walk away too
Plenty of sunbeds but they are very close together
There’s shops and bars close by…. Went to the tapas bar behind the hotel for my daughters birthday and the food was fantastic

One night airport stay
Quick one night stay after arriving on a late flight in the early hours of the morning. Hotel is a very short taxi ride from the airport. Checked in at 2am . Daniel was very efficient and friendly. Even offered food if we were hungry.
Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good too.
A kettle in the room would be nice to have though. Noise of the planes taking off , which was constant might put some off but did not bother us.
Would definitely stay again

Very good
We stayed for eight nights as a family of four in a quadruple room. The hotel was very clean, and the housekeeping team kept our room spotless each day. Beds were comfortable, but there was not enough storage space for clothes for 4 people, especially as we only had cabin luggage. There is a safe in the room (payable) and free aircon, although that did struggle a bit to keep up. The bathroom was modern, large and provided a hairdryer and toiletries. Our room overlooked a side street and the balconies that side lacked a clothes airer to dry swimwear and towels, unlike those near the pool.
Food was consistently good with plenty of choice. The restaurant and snack bar area had self‑serve drinks.
The staff everywhere were friendly and helpful.
The bar staff were very efficient and any queues moved quickly. The cocktails were nice, though pina coladas weren’t always available.
The hotel's location is excellent—close to the airport and two child‑friendly beaches.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would return again.
Tip - hire beach towels from Reception for 10 euros each, which is refunded when you hand them back at the end of your stay.

4th time here- love this place!
Just about to check out of this hotel after our 4 th stay here. The fact that we’ve been here more than once says it all!
Rooms are great, cleaned daily to a high standard. Main reception and bar area are again always clean. All staff are amazing, always greet you with a smile. The food is very good, always plenty of choice, if something isn’t there just ask and if they’ve got it they will get it for you.
The pool area is clean and there’s plenty of sunbeds, it was good to see the lifeguard telling people not to smoke on the beds!, while we were here we only saw one professional act ( mama Mia) this was brilliant! The quiz and bingo was also good but it would be nice to see more professional shows. Having said that, the animation team are outstanding! There a new addition to the team and I found out last night her name was Camilla, what a wonderful smile! If I could make a couple of suggestions, could the photos of the team and their names be included on the what’s on board? Also, when doing games in the day, could they walk round and he pool area and invite people to join? They don’t really announce the games ( apart from aqua gym) so if you’re not looking up at the time, you miss out. One final thing, the aqua gym is so much fun, join in ! We left it til the last day and I wish we’d done it sooner The effort the staff go to to do that in this heat is unbelievable!! Thank you for another wonderful holiday, see you next year

Hotel left to be desired!
Not recommended!!!
I hired this accommodation by booking, as soon as I arrived I was placed in a room that did not work the air conditioning (heat of 32 degrees) and also had no water. After 01:30hs that I complained, I changed room. To my surprise, I understood that the room that I had changed was the one I had hired for the booking, the tip I give is to pay attention to the type of accommodation that they hired. I had the problem solved, but the complaint remains.

Em primeiro lugar, informamos que o sistema de ar-condicionado estava funcionando corretamente. O inconveniente ocorrido naquele momento deveu-se a um problema pontual que nos obrigou a interromper temporariamente o fornecimento de água. Esta situação não afetou exclusivamente o seu quarto, mas sim todos os quartos do hotel. Nossa equipe técnica atuou imediatamente para solucionar o problema e restabelecer o serviço o mais rapidamente possível.
Compreendemos perfeitamente o desconforto que uma situação desse tipo pode causar, especialmente em um dia de altas temperaturas. No entanto, antes que pudéssemos concluir a intervenção e restabelecer completamente os serviços, o senhor preferiu não aguardar. Por esse motivo, e com o objetivo de garantir o seu maior conforto, nossa equipe lhe ofereceu uma mudança de quarto.
Gostaríamos também de esclarecer que o primeiro quarto que lhe foi atribuído não era de categoria inferior àquela reservada através da Booking. Pelo contrário, desde a sua chegada foi-lhe oferecido um upgrade para uma categoria superior à originalmente contratada. O segundo quarto que lhe foi disponibilizado após solicitar a mudança era exatamente da mesma categoria superior que o primeiro, estando apenas localizado em uma área diferente do hotel. Portanto, em nenhum momento lhe foi atribuído um quarto de categoria inferior àquela contratada.
Lamentamos que tenha ficado com uma impressão diferente em relação à categoria dos quartos, motivo pelo qual consideramos importante esclarecer este ponto.
